+ -1 moreThey refuse to review the call to verify what they told me and they refuse to give any answer at all, really, other than they can increase the rate so they did. They will not transfer me to anyone who can or will help in any way.
Description of Work: We got Direct TV in August 2016, after they promised no rate increase for 2 years. In one year, they have increased it twice so far. During that first phone call, they said it was being recorded yet I have asked many times for them to review what was told to me during that recorded call with no results.
