They refuse to call me back to pay for the damage to my fence and they continue to blow trash in my yard every week.

This was my first time hiring a lawn company. What a nightmare!! I have a small lawn and backyard. All I needed was a simple service (mow, trim one shrub, and edging), so I researched some companies in my area and found Diamond Landscape of Florida, which had decent reviews and was close to my home. When I first contacted them for a quote on 7/28/16, the response time was within minutes and the representative answered all my questions. I decided to hire the company to come out and do bi-weekly service which I was told via e-mail, included mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, trimming of small plants/bushes. Their price was fair and they would provide the services I needed. Services were to start the second week of August. The first time they came out was on 8/14/16, they mowed and did nothing else. I tried calling their phone number several times throughout the day and no one answered the phone. I e-mailed them and included pictures of what was done and what was left undone. I received the invoice for full service on 8/15/16, but it took 2 days for them to respond to my e-mail. When I received the response on 8/16/16, the representative was apologetic and she would have someone out the next day to complete the service, which would have been on 8/17/16. No one came out. I tried calling throughout the next several days and no one answered the phone. I sent an e-mail on 8/22/16 asking for the owner to contact me regarding the issue of not getting full service; no response. On 8/25/16, I sent an e-mail letting them know that I didn't receive the service requested so I would be hiring another lawn service. I received an e-mail response on 8/26/16 apologizing for the owner not contacting me and explained that he had personal things to tend to, but would be contacting me soon. She said he wanted an opportunity to make things right. they only edged the front of the house. The backyard was not edged and the shrub was still untouched. I e-mailed them immediately to let them know. 5 days later, on 8/31/16, I received an e-mail response that read: We will be there today and will take care of the bush. However, I had already purchased a trimmer the day before and trimmed the shrub myself, so I let her know that I already took care of it myself, I would be hiring another company so their services were no longer required, and I would pay the invoice once adjustments were made to the price since I did not receive full service. No response from customer service or the owner, no phone call, e-mail, nothing. Today, 6 days later, I received the adjusted invoice and they took $20 off. What a joke. This company was more trouble than it was worth. I thought this would be a seamless process, but it was far from that. I had to purchase a trimmer and do some of the work myself, not to mention all of the time I wasted trying to contact them by phone and via e-mail. From day one of they did not provide the service as promised and the service that they did provide was subpar. Not to mention, to date, no one bothered to pick up the phone and call me. A horrible first AND lasting impression. They are faceless and have no customer service or problem resolution skills. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The quality of their work is so poor, many people, including myself, put out stakes and twine to prevent them from mowing our grass. Today, they cut down all of my edging plants to the GROUND! and "HEDGED" my ferns! HORRIBLE and very CARELESS WORK!!!!! The worst part is - this is the 4th time they have cut down my edging plants!
