Owner Greg came to my house on April 6, seemed nice enough, and promised a quote in a few days. I sent him an email on April 13 asking for quote. No reply. I called a few days later and he said he was having computer issues and would have quote ready later that day. About a week goes by and he gives me a quote on April 24 for windows I didn't want and said he was giving me cheaper windows as a comparison and would send the quote for the ones I wanted later. However, the written quote was only a breakdown of material. I sent an email the next day asking for the correct windows as well as information on repairs to drywall or sills if necessary, and whether they would repair wood rot if they discovered it during install. I also asked about whether he handled all the inspections and permits. I asked about labor warranty, how long install would take, and whether it included clean up and trash haul away. I also asked about payment options. He stopped responding after that. I can only assume he has something to hide? Either way, it wasted both our time.

These days it is rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to please their customer, but Greg certainly did for us. He was very professional, courteous and personable. He is very busy so it took longer than expected but well worth the wait. I would highly recommend. The price was great as well.

Given the fact that the doors were an odd size and had to be cut down (Fiberglas) he still gave a lifetime warranty on his workmanship and the warranty from the manufacturer of the doors! WHO else provides this type of service!!

It's a one-man operation. He was fast and on task. He did what he was supposed to do. I was very pleased with the results. He is a hard worker. I find his prices to be very good.
