Kyle was wonderful. I had been venting my dryer inside for years thinking my dryer vent through the roof was not working but had always wanted to explore whether it was broke or blocked. As a new Angie's list member I found Delintz dryer vent cleaning service. Kyle found the roof vent was clogged and cleaned it out. It was full of dog hair and lint from the previous owner. My dryer works so well and no longer do I have lint throughout my laundry room from the inefficient inside vent system. I should have done this years ago..

Kyle was excellent. He went up on the roof and cleared out the roof vent to the dryer. Then used the vent brush to clean the dryer vent. He also noticed that the vent was only producing 50% return so he checked the attic to see if there was any blockage. We came to the conclusion that when the roof was put in they partial blocked the vent. I will have to have a roofer check that. I feel he went well and beyond his scope of work. Most companies would do the cleaning and leave. Kyle went the extra mile. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely have this company back again. Kyle was clean and very pleasant to work for. Kim the scheduler was very pleasant to work with when I requested the job to be done.

Before the cleaning, it was taking 2 cycles to dry every load of clothes. I thought we might need a new dryer. But after the vent cleaning it works like new!

The tech was on time and did a thorough job. Laundry that used to take 2 hours to dry now dries in 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and trimmed the flexible tubing so that it wouldn't get to compressed to be effective. Great job!

I purchased a dryer vent cleaning through the Angie's list promo they had going. I completely forgot that you don't put phone numbers in and had to contact via the email on this site. After a couple days I realized the mistake and found they had promptly emailed me regarding the service. They showed up to the wrong address the first time but once at the right house they did a good job. During the inspection they noted that there was no vent through the roof. Just to make sure the owner came out free of charge and checked himself. He found the pipe had decayed below the roof line and was ultimately roofed over. The staff was polite, professional and did not try to brow beat me on extras. I absolutely recommend!

Contacted me immediately to schedule service. Armando came right on time and was very courteous and professional. The job was completed in 30 minutes and he did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I called a few weeks back to schedule an appointment (they had earlier times I was just booked up with work). I was told they would arrive between 9 and 10am (I was impressed with a 1 hour time window!). The tech arrived about 9:10, introduced himself and got right to work. He picked up all those items that get lost behind a dryer (socks, etc). He cleaned the vent inside the dryer, behind the dryer (after removing the hose that attaches to the wall) then went outside to continue cleaning. We have a dryer that backs up to an interior wall (not the exterior wall) so the vent goes up and over a doorframe (non visible, inside the wall). He said it was a 25' run and his equipment was able to reach almost all of it. I'd hire them again. The price was very fair. They don't try to upsell you on air conditioning vents, etc like some cheaper outfits.

Armando was fantastic! He was right on time and was extremely personable, professional, and happy to explain exactly what he planned to do. The job took about 30 minutes including the time Armando took to put everything back in order including cleaning up all traces of debris. If I owned this company, Armando is exactly the kind of employee I would seek to hire and retain. I would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend them to others.

He took care to clean all the areas clean. The price was better than other companies and I felt good about the service provided. And they said they would contact me again in the future. It went very well. The gentleman that performed the work was very punctual ( scheduled for 11AM and he was knocking on my door at 11 AM). He explained the procedure of cleaning the dryer vent and that his company (Delintz Dryer Vent Cleaning) would send me a annual reminder for another cleaning. He also explained that annual cleanings are recommended to ensure optimal dryer performance and to minimize any fire risk. For $85, it's worth the piece of mind to have this completed every year. The actual job took less than an hour and the gentleman put everything back in place and cleaned the area around the dryer. He left my laundry room cleaner than it was before he came. Very good job and well worth the $85.

He was very prompt. He accommodated my sched and came late afternoon so I had time to get home from work. I had a dog bed fall apart in the dryer. He cleaned the vent and then went above and beyond, he told me the vent hose was crimped so he repositioned it and some detergent bottles had fallen behind the washer/dryer, he got those out for me...then he told me I would get messages that it was time to clean dryer vent again..done annually but he said, with the quality of my equipment and only 2 of us using it he didn't think I needed it cleaned that often..really appreciated his honesty.

I purchased the Angie's List $85 coupon on June 9th and Steve came out on June 16th as scheduled. It had been over 5 years since I had this service performed by Delintz before and I was overdue. I will definitely work with him again and not wait so long between services. Steve was friendly and courteous. He arrived within the time frame we agreed upon. He dressed in company polo shirt and arrived in a professionally marked van. The inside of the van was clean and his equipment looked well-maintained.

Steve arrived on time and went directly to work. He had to move the washer out to then move the dryer out to get to the vent. Cleaned the vent from the laundry room and also from the roof. Installed new flexible link between the dryer and vent for an additional $10. He cleaned up all debris, and discussed work that was done.

The channel through which my dryer vents had not been cleaned in 10 years (I know...) so we were reaching a critical point - was pretty clogged. I was able to schedule the appointment directly through the Angie's List website. Contractor responded immediately and was prompt with the service. I will definitely use them again...in 2 years.

Provider came. Was professional. Did his job. Called me and was honest with what he saw. Dryer is working a lot better now.
