Description of Work: Cleaned dryer ventilation. Technician (Aaron) arrived before I was at the house and completed the cleaning on the roof before I arrived. Cleaning of the vent from the laundry room was started as soon I was home to let him in. Aaron welcomed me to watch the process - honest and efficient. Within 15 minutes there was tons of lint falling out of the vent while he vacuumed it up with a shop vac. The big shocker was that my dryer now dries clothes much faster which I can assume is saving me $. I will use these company (and hopefully Aaron) again for maintenance in the future. Thank you!

Description of Work: Climbed up on roof and cleaned out dryer vent, then went into laundry room and cleaned same vent out from the bottom. Arrived exactly on (promised) time, completed work, and cleaned up afterwards. Stated they would send a reminder card in 12 months when the dryer vent should be cleaned next.
