DELINTZ DRYER VENT CLEANING

He is probably the greatest guy I have ever used. I thought he did a terrific job, he was extremely professional, and I have already recommended him to the home owners association in the community that I live in.

Delintz was great to work with...in 1.5 hours they came in, moved equipment, cleaned vent, cleaned up, and left. Their equipment, training, and professionalism were "A" quality. Highly recommended.

I the job was top notch, made an appt, service person/owner called when on the way completed the work in 30 min system is venting much better which means less dryer usage.

The tech, Tyler arrived, explained what the cleaning process involved and then performed the dryer vent cleaning. He moved the appliance out and cleaned the dryer, the vent hose and the vent tube that goes from the laundry room up through the attic. He cleaned up any excess lint that got on the floor and the machines. He then got out his ladder and went up on the roof and dealt with the vent hood. The cleaning took less than 30 minutes and my dryer is working better than ever. He was courteous and efficient. I would definitely use this company again and request Tyler as the technician.

They are professional. They came in, moved the dryer, got in there. They were in and out. They took care not to make a lot of noise even though their vacuum is very boisterous. They were just professional. I am planning on using them again.

Steve cleaned every part of the vents. As above stated, he even anticipated my question about the lint filter. He explained to me how I could keep that part of the dryer more lint free. He installed new "coiled piping" from the back of my dryer to the ceiling and taped around it where it went through the wire shelf. He also did what the original installer should have done- he clipped off the sharp edges of that shelf so that it is less likely to cause future damage. I live in a condo and really have a laundry closet that has very limited space. Steve had to move the dryer and washer to do his work. He then carefully returned them back to their original spaces and made sure that the bifold doors would close easily. And most importantly, he cleaned up every speck of the lint that he had found inside my condo! Steve gave me a choice:i he could tape my old "piping" and put it back OR at an additional nominal cost he would put in a new product and put tape around it. I opted for the fresh product. That is why my cost is more than what was quoted to me originally. I made the choice with no pressure applied. It was easy to see that what was already installed was in tatters from having been installed improperly. Even duct tape has its limits! Heat and lint would still escape if I did not opt to have new product installed. Steve was on time. He was pleasant and professional. I made a good choice and will use him in the future!

Delintz promptly responded to my call to make two appointments(one for my home and the other for my elderly mother's home) and did a nice job. Both my and my mother's dryers work much better and more safely with a clean vent. I would recommend Delintz to others.

This company is just fantastic: responsive and prompt and thorough. The owner came the first time and was honest with us about what we needed, and what we did not need. I appreciate that- no 'up-selling'. The second time it was a different person who went to any length necessary to really clean out the vent. I would use these people again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

I called to get prices and info for dryer vent clean out and Robert Moore answered all my questions. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. I made an appointment for two days later. The day of the appointment Robert called to see if he could change the 3pm appt to 11:00am. Of course I agreed. He said an opening came up and he thought of me because he knew I was anxious to get the vent cleaned. He arrived early, after calling to make sure that was okay, and was one of the most friendly and likable persons I have met in a long time. Robert proceeded to clean the dryer vent, talking to my husband and me the whole time, explaining everything that he was doing. OMG I just couldn't believe how much "stuff" was in that vent. Mind you my husband had pulled out almost as much two days before. Robert then went up into the attic and made sure that the vent was cleared all the way out to the roof. While up in attic he checked the vent for any holes or leaks. After that, he completely cleaned out the dryer (more stuff) and completely wiped down the dryer. Robert recommended changing out the dryer vent hose and end caps, for which we agreed because we had an old hose with just clamps. He installed a hard sided hose as well as two end caps, letting the dryer sit closer to the wall without the hose crimping. When he was done, Robert completely cleaned up the area, made several checks and answered any questions we had. Robert was very professional as well as being a delight to talk to. He is a great ambassador for Dryer Vent Wizard.

Steve returned my call within an hour and we made an appointment for the following week he showed up on time and went right to work. I was considering buying a new dryer because my was so slow, but now it works like new. I would definatlly use Delintz again and sooner the next time.

I wasn't there but my tenant is happy, the price was fair, and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

I had just had my heating and air conditioning system replaced and as duct work in the attic was being inspected the technician advised me of lint in the attic. Found Delintz on the list and made my initial call to them on 4/05/13 and that call was returned the same day and an appointment was set for 4/10/13 between 10AM and 10:30 AM. Steve and his assistant arrived at approximately 9:45 AM and completed the work very quickly and very professionally.

The serviceman arrived on time and performed the work efficiently. He brought all the proper tools and left no debris when finished. He did not inflate the price quoted. These a qualities that have become rare with too many small companies. I was very pleased.

I have used Delintz for years to clean out the dryer vent. He is always punctual and courteous. The $75 is well worth the price to have my clothes dry faster, as well as not risking a fire.

my laundry room is on the third floor so the vent goes through the roof. the young man had to climb on a very steep roof to clean out what he could by hand and then cleaned from behind the dryer. very thorough.

I called Delintz on January 2 and left a message. My call was returned the same day. I scheduled an appointment for them to clean my dryer vent on January 4. The tech arrived on time at 1:30, explained the procedure to me, and was finished in 30 minutes. The price was exactly as quoted. I will use them again.

The service tech was late, but called me to tell me he was running late which was fine with me because I had another serviceman at my home for air condition/ heating/air handler maintenance. He apologized during the phone call & after he arrived at my home for being late. He promptly went to work 1st climbing on the roof to clean the screen in the vent on the roof. He asked if I wanted the screen placed back in the vent, when I said I did because I was afraid that squirrels would get into the vent he cut a smallish triangle in the middle of the screen to help with air flow. He then cleaned out the dryer vent screen inside my dryer, moved the machine out from the wall, cleaning the tubing that connects the dryer to the vent & then cleaned the vent that goes up to the roof. He was very professional, & courteous. I liked the fact that he cleaned up the lint that escaped all over my laundry room.
