DELINTZ DRYER VENT CLEANING

Excellent, great service, on time

Our clothes were not drying properly so we started checking for problem. We finally came to the conclusion the dryer vent was probably obstructed. Called Angie's Team and they had a special with Delintz. We bought the promo and gave Delintz a call. Details we exchanges very quickly and efficiently and they were here the next day. They wasted no time and found the vent was not obstructed--it was completely blocked!!! No problem for Delintz. Seemed like it didn't take any time at all and they were finished. Everything was cleaned up and all was well. Dryer started working like new again. Moral of the story is that it could have easily started a fire. As it was, we had replaced a dryer a couple of years ago and it was probably because the vent was at least partially blocked then. Probably a good idea to have this cleaning done regularly to prevent this type of problem--especially if your dryer vents through the roof.

Replaced a faulty ring clamp at no charge Cleaned the vent, replaced the dryer and washer back in their normal positions Except for one handprint on the wall...couldnt tell he was there I'll be scheduling an appointment for our 2nd house Excellent service!

Arrived on time, moved dryer, cleaned vent from bottom and then climbed on roof & cleaned from top down. Vent was really clogged. Dryer works so much better!

Ended up being my dryer and the vents did not need cleaning. I was impressed that he did not clean it, however he was honest about what needed to be done. I would use him in the future and recommend him to anyone.

Everything was perfect on this service call. Aaron, the service technician, called about 30 min ahead of time to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived right at the scheduled time and explained exactly what he was going to do. The work was performed quickly and efficiently, and Aaron explained what he had found - namely that the duct vent on the roof was largely blocked. After he finished, the dryer duct worked perfectly and there have been no problems since. Aaron also left his card with instructions to call if I had any problems or questions. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would definitely use this company again.

I called Delintz because my home inspector noticed there was lint venting into my attic from the dryer. Aaron came by and was terrific! He showed me that my issue was from a wire mesh over the connection from the dryer to the wall. He removed said mesh and cleaned the entire line. He had to get in the attic and patch a hole in the tubing and to inspect the rest of the line. I'm all patched up and fixed. Aaron was a total professional and I'm impressed with his service. Great job!

This is probably the third time I've had my dryer vent cleaned by Delintz. It certainly makes a difference in the drying time of a load of laundry. He was prompt and explained everything: cleaning out the dryer, the hose vent behind the dryer and cleaning the vent from the roof down. Great service.

From roof inspection to dryer was very professional and timely. He was on time and thorough. Steve Welhouse did more than expected even asking if your appliance alignment was to my satisfaction. After the job clean up was impeccable.

Excellent! The service was prompt, professional, efficient, completely effective, and the technician even left the area around the dryer neater than when he'd arrived.

Bought a 6 year old house and purchased new washer/dryer, but it took at least 3 whole cycles to dry the clothes completely. After many frustrating months of this and high electric bills because of it, I called Delintz and they made an appointment to come out and inspect and clean out. The service provider (sorry, I have forgotten his name!) arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, extremely courteous, and very thorough with everything. All in all, he did an excellent job, even to the point of making sure that dirt and dust was contained in the laundry room and did not fly all over the place. He even swept the laundry room when he was done. I will definitely have them come back next year to ensure that it does not get clogged up like that again. Recommend them highly.

I first contacted Steve by sending him an Angie's List message. He phoned me the following day to schedule the cleaning for 3 days later (fine with me). He arrived on time. In about 30-35 minutes, Steve completed all cleaning and lint removal inside and outside, and he vacuumed up any stray lint in the laundry room before leaving. Steve was very efficient, professional, and friendly, and answered all of my questions. We agreed it was not necessary to put another screen/grate on the hook-shaped roof vent -- there is a metal flap inside the vent that only opens when the dryer is "on" -- that flap should keep insects out. Steve used an air compressor with a long hose to help dislodge and blow out lint, plus an industrial vacuum cleaner to pick up that lint. There was even a slight air freshener scent when the vacuum was in use. He also brought his own ladders. The cost was exactly as quoted. He said he will send an annual reminder card for future cleanings. I highly recommend Delintz.

Great! Showed up on time, looked over everything and fixed the lint problem. I have 16' to my roof, I don't think I could do anything with it. He cleaned everything and explained after he was finished. I will definitely use him again.
