Description of Work: Called the owner Steve, last minute before Holiday weekend. He worked me into the schedule so we didn't have to wait a week to do laundry. Jai arrived on time. He was very professional. Cleaned out our second story dryer vent successfully. Was in and out in 35 minutes!! Will use them again in the future and will also tell my neighbors. THE LENGTH OF VENT RUN IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE. IF I DIDN'T NOTE IT ON THE INVOICE FOR THE TECH. HE WAS GIVING AN APPROX. LENGTH. SORRY IF THIS CAUSED ANY CONFUSION. ALSO, BEING A REPEAT CUSTOMER SOMETIMES PEOPLE DON'T ASK IF THERE IS A PRICE INCREASE, HOWEVER SINCE COSTS HAVE GONE UP, ESPECIALLY FUEL (ABOUT 2/3 MORE EXPENSIVE TODAY THAN IN 2003) I'M SURE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE PRICE INCREASE. PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK FOR PRICE EST. I'M ALWAYS MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE A QUOTE.
