Talked home owner into doing more work than they were called to do, but gave an estimate they said was firm for the complete job. Price seemed good so work was okayed . When the job was almost completed they raised the price almost 20 percent for no additional work. Told me some of the plugs did not work because wires were missing on old plugs and they could not fix without more extensive work which I refused to have done. GFI in bath did not work. Had to call them back. When GFI was installed correctly, on second trip back, all the plugs that had not been working worked just fine. In other words the and quot;wires and quot; we're not missing!!!! No I would not use this company again.

They had been in business since 1986 or 1989 and they were with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't have any complaints or they had like one complaint that had been resolved so that's why I went ahead with them. I think when I looked up online I saw the street but in the ad, they had advertised and that's what I had seen and that's why I went with them and then when I found out they were local, I thought that's even better because usually there would be other people in the area that used them. I like them because on their website they had prices and to me it's very unusual and for example I think it was $39 to install a light and I need a couple of lights installed and I needed one fixed, that was an overhead light that I couldn't even get to so I figured with the lights that I'm going to be doing and then I kind of doodled down and it looked like it was $127 minimum fee or something but I think what I was having done would be about equivalent to that anyway so I mean if you have one thing done, you end up paying like $127. If you had 3 or 4 things done, you might be paying for like the same amount depending on what you are doing. I thought that was pretty good because if they had at least listed it, the only thing was and this is where I haven't gone to totally recommend them because I don't know 100% the date that they were supposed to come out here, they called in the morning and they said there was an emergency and I know the deal was commercial, they said they wouldn't be able to make it that morning, might be able to make it in the afternoon or with the next day be okay and I said yes because what choices do you have really. I went with that, they weren't able to show up that day but the next day, they were there and they were on time and they did a good job and they had to fix something for me and I think all in all it was pretty good. The only question I have is that in the last minute they called and cancelled and if I had to take work off and wait for them then that would have been a problem. They were good, there were 2 of them and it went faster considering I had several things that needs to be installed and one that needed troubleshooting and taken down and all that, and they cleaned up. They were here longer than I expected of 2 but then I'm not an electrical person and I don't know how long. It was good overall. I did recommend him to my neighbor who was looking for somebody to do some electrical work.
