+ -1 moreFirst appointment - no show and no call. Found out later there was a family emergency, so we were OK. Second appointment, owner was 30 min late. When quote was done, he had based it on over 100 sq. ft MORE than what was actually to be redone - no explanation given for the discrepancy. Quote was redone by salesperson for correct amount, although never confirmed by owner. Emailed salesperson several times with questions and he responded initially, but have not not heard from him for over a week on the last email. I believe they have a good product but would not call these people again based upon this experience. We went with another company.
