The driveway cleaning was more of a B+ and the windows were a C. They did a fairly good job on the driveway but not on the windows. I called him to come back out and he said he thought it was done well and would cost him to come back out. I don't think it was done well at all, I have had my windows cleaned before and would not use him again or recommend him.

Excellent! Andrew provided a written quote after looking at the house. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process. A phone call to Katie to schedule our service was returned promptly. Katie and Andrew showed up to begin work as scheduled. They were meticulous in the preparation (putting down plastic sheeting over plants) and clearing debris from the roof before any chemicals were applied. They thoroughly washed down the roof and all plants afterwards. They raked up and bagged five bags of pine needles from the roof! They were very conscientious of their work and the roof looks great! I would hire them again!

Did an excellent job of power cleaning.

This is the second time I have used this Company. One year ago they cleaned my roof. Both times I have been very satisfied . They are punctual and very professional and I would hire them again.

They showed up when promised and set about cleaning the shed with low pressure cleaning and a brush. They advised me in advance that this was a cleaning, and not a restoration. However, when the job was complete 99% of the dirt was gone. I think they even beat their own expectations on the cleaning. I am 110% pleased.

From the moment I first called until he was finished, the owner was very professional. They called back immediately to set up an appointment and were on time. They were so reasonable and nice that my husband hired him on the spot and he cleaned the gutters the same day as he came for the estimate!! We will most likely be using them again to clean our windows as well.

I had a prior appointment in November to have Deca come to clean my windows. I was never given a start time and by 230pm in the afternoon when they had not arrived, I called to question the status of my appointment. I was told he would be out within the hour, I have a 4600 sf home and I could not imagine having enough time to complete this job by end of day as I was promised. I also had a dinner appointment that evening at 530p so I canceled and asked for a December morning appointment, at THEIR convenience as I was not in a hurry. Andrew arrived on Tuesday 12/11 at 815am as scheduled. I opened the door to greet him and made a joke about the rainy weather and approaching storms. He immediately got defensive and told me I had better not even think about canceling again. I was not happy with his unprofessional response and told him he could take his attitude back to his truck and drive away. He told me never to call them again. I believe he was not happy with the fact that he was only cleaning our windows this time and not power washing everything like in the past. This led to him not getting as much money as he had in the past. I will NEVER call these people again and I have already told my neighbors about the experience so that they will not hire them, as well. For the record, their scheduling is very disorganized, they do not explain what time they will be arriving (unless you ask) and I received no confirmation call the day before either appointment

This is a young couple who are growing. They are without a doubt one of the most professional companies that I have worked with.

Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction. I have used this company before and will certainly use them again. The gutter cleaning is very thorough as was the pool deck cleaning. He uses a large circular cleaning brush which handles the job quickly and gently. He is in and out quickly and is professional and respectful of my property.

I received a call ahead of Andre's arrival to confirm the time. He was punctual and got to work right away. I have a one story house and he did the work from the roof. He inspected and cleaned all the gutters and downspouts and then blew away any debris that remained. We discussed the next best time to have it done.

Quickly responded to my email inquiry through their website. Andrew came out and gave me an estimate that afternoon. He showed up on time two days later to do the work. They use a low pressure "soft washing" process instead of a high pressure wash. We're very pleased with the results, our house never looked better.
