Mr. Stokes is just not professional or competent. He instructed me to buy a specialty mount for our TV installation, which we did, and then failed to show up for scheduled and confirmed appointments. This happened repeatedly. According to multiple online review sites, this is a pattern for him. He has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau, which says a lot. After he finally did respond to our numerous calls and messages, he simply said he "Don't care". His grammar is as bad as his service. Steer clear of D&M Networking and save yourself time and money.

Donnie started out as very professional. The last time I used him he said he was coming out to finish the job he started and never showed. I sent emails and left voice messages for him and never received a response. I gave it one last try and Donnie said he was unreachable and apologized for it. We then went through what was remaining to be done and he said he had to go get parts. He called a couple of times to say he was waiting for the office to open. Then after we did not hear back from him, many hours later he finally called to say he would have to come in the morning. The next morning he called to say he had an emergency at another client and he would be out later that day. We never heard or saw him again. I then called his supplier and explained to them our situation. They were going to reach out to him to find out what was going on. Apparently they were able to reach Donnie and he told them he would contact us. Apparently he later called back the supplier and told them he had made contact with us, which he had not. I have now had to contact another company to evaluate the job and what needs to be done to make it right. Save yourself some frustration and Do Not use Donnie Stokes or D&M Network,CCTV Solutions
