All these traits make him a professional with great qualities which is rare these days. He offered me ideas and suggestions. He offered ways to save money but not jeopardize quality of work or expectations. This job was done after an inspection for my home sale and it had to be revisited by i Spector and potential home buyers and both we satisfied and happy and so was I. He even went as far as color matching the job to the new paint job of the home which my wife loved...wish I did it sooner so we could enjoy before selling the home. I would definitely hire again. He even worked in the rain when is was not affecting the job itself. He is self sustained and not once did he ask for anything but my opinion and my signature. He took empty of pics for me and shared them as a before and after.
