Rafi did a good job, for the most part, with our tiling, We did have to have the crew back to regrout several areas that were missed, but mostly the job was good. This is the ONLY job that I would recommend any consumer utilize this company for. ...also, be prepared to wait and to have Rafi unavailable to answer either this phone, messages or emails. He is incredibly unresponsive! Before the job was completed he denied that errors, mistakes resulting in costly "redos" were NOT done by his crew. NOTHING was EVER his "fault." I am a member of Angie's list, but did not utilize Creative Empire through this site, however, I did not know how else to let consumers know of our incredible displeasure in the "services' offered by Rafael Salazar since their website is full of pictures but lacks a way to post a review. Although there are few reviews posted on Angie's List, I see that I am not alone in my supreme displeasure in the "services" provided.

They did a good job on the tile. They did a beautiful job putting the tile up, however there is one spot where you can see the black line where the grout has not been filled in. I called him and told him it needed to be done and he said, send me a picture. I said I would prefer someone came out and looked at it. He does not respond or call me back.

Beautiful kitchen back splash!! We recently had our wood floors installed by Marty Simpkins (D&M), with materials provided by Pro Source (Herb Telfer), and we asked both for a recommendation for a tile installation company. They both recommended Creative Empire Service, owned by Rafael Salazar. He and his crew did an amazing job installing our back splash and we are most happy with it. We contacted him, and he contacted us the next day. I sent him pictures of the kitchen area and he provided us with a very fair and reasonable quote. As soon as the materials came in, his crew picked them up and came over to our house. We had some minor issues with the materials, which was corrected promptly by Pro Source, but it delayed the installation of the back splash 4 days. We were having work done on the rest of the house, so the delay ended up working out well for us. Anyway, Rafael's crew picked up the materials again a couple days later, and they proceeded to do the kitchen back splash in one day, to include setting and grouting. He and his crew came back a few days later for some touch-up work and to seal it. The bottom line is that we are extremely happy with our kitchen back splash and we plan on using Creative Empire Service to remodel our bathrooms at some point in the future. Rafael went the extra mile for us with his professional, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude. Finally, we enthusastically recommend Creative Empire Service to anybody seeking a top-notch tile installation company.
