Creative Cleaning Maid Services

This was the second clean I allowed the company to provide. I won't go into the issues with the first clean but decided I would give them a second chance to redeem themselves. After letting the owner know that his team-member put scratches all over my shower doors I did not get a response for two days. In that allotted time I put a stop payment on a the check that was written assuming I would never hear from him again and to protect myself from any further loss of money to repair the glass doors. He then responded and here's the whole conversation: Cleaner - I've got your message and yes will love to by and see is tommorow an ideal day Resident - Thanks for getting back to me. Tomorrow is fine. Later is best because my husband would like to be here to discuss. We did stop the payment on the check that was sent to you until the glass is resolved. Just so you know Cleaner - Ok then since you have done this it's fine so I no longer have to go there to rectify this situation. You have already taken your steps so we no longer owe you anything and you don't owe us a thing. Thanks for the opportunity Resident - Um no sir. That does not rectify the situation. Further action needs to be taken on your companies part to fix and/or replace the glass. Cleaner - Well ma'am there was going to be further action taken but by you taking action first in a stop payment is not giving us a chance to rectify the situation as to letting us first resolve this issue before you stop payment is anything I could have issued you a refund. You have handled this in a matter of dis taste and expect our company not to do the same. Sorry you feel this way. We will depart as that. After this we got a notice saying the check already cleared and that the stop payment did not ever go through. My husband called the owner and he said he would come out and take a look - he also LIED and said that he was charged $45 since we put a stop payment on the check. This is impossible as the bank let us know that the stop payment never actually went through. We own a landscaping company. We know what it is like to have mistakes made by our employees. Its really simple, if you break something you fix it. If not, you reap the consequences. I just would like anyone out there to know before using this company that it is not worth it. The quality of their clean is poor and they will not come back to fix their mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They first came out and gave me a price. They arrived exactly on time and did an outstanding job. They were quiet and professional. Highly recommend.
