Fabian responded in a timely manner and gave us a price. The specifications were followed exactly and we got a really nice patio! Once he came out, the project only took one visit. The reason I gave a B for responsiveness is because he had to change the installation date three times. We understand these last-minute changes though, because my husband had an insulation business and occasionally found that the proper products didn't arrive on time or that inclement weather stalled a job. We are 100% satisfied with our patio!

He was responsive. He came out and I didn't have to remind or beg him to come. He knew his stuff. He was professional and had great ideas. His price was reasonable.

Fabian and his crew are top-notch professionals. They work efficiently; and literally do art-work with their paving skills. Fabian was wonderful to work with on the design and followed through beautifully. I'd recommend this company to everyone and would certainly use them again. He also beat the estimate I received from another reputable company.

Could not have been happier with the service and professionalizim of Fabian, very easy to work with. Our back yard slopes down into a conservation area and the ground continued to erode down. Fabian and wife came out to take messurments and gave me a quote within a few days. After agreeing on a price, we paid half up front and waited for supplies (~3-4 weeks) before work could begin. We agreed on a start date and Fabian and crew showed up and started work and within 4 days the project was complete. There were only minor adjustments needed to the wall before I was satisfied and made a final payment. My only complant would be that the trail of grass that was killed from the wheelbarrow hauling the bricks to the back yard and the dirt filling / sod laying was not very even and is fairly lumpy due to having ordered and not needing a full pallet of grass so squares were stacked on top of each other.

Mr. Quieroz is a true professional. The job was done professionally (including prompt initial contact), in a timely manner, all members of the crew were polite, trustworthy and arrived when promised. The owner himself was on the job, working alongside his crew. Mrs. Quieroz was easy to reach on line or by phone and was also involved in the overall process. It is family-run business, and we found them to be dependable, professional, pleasant and reliable. A job well done! Definitely worth recommending.

The removal of wooden deck and most of the install went very well. They were very easy to work with. The only concerns were that the personnel did not appear to have any experience with the type of patio stones we were having installed. They are heavily experienced in standard patio stones. We had special stones installed and the installer did not have the best cutting tools for these type stones. Also, the installer used the wrong type sealant for these stones which left some staining. The sealant he used was for standard patio stones not the ones I had. The installer did work hard (Pressure wash) to remove the sealant but was unable to remove all of it. I ended up removing the remaining stains myself using a special stain remover. The company came out a few times to level and fix a few things...I appreciate their willingness to honor their guarantee. The price was very good. If you are looking for standard patio stone installation then I recommend using this company.

Two days after we met, as expected, he wrote me an email. I thought a breakdown of projects and costs would be included, but instead I received the following generic email with different fonts: (yes with typos) "I would like to say thank you for inquiring about our business, but unfortunatelly Iwon't be able to proceed with your project due to a company's vacation and tight schedule. Best wishes on your project." I responded for two reasons. 1. They also took the opportunity o provide a quote to my neighbor for some work he needed done, which I had no problem with. However, I received an estimate for that job a day earlier to my email and then the day after I received the above email stating that he was in essence to busy for our jobs. I then received the email below: "First of all I want to apologize for sending someone else's estimate which was an honest mistake. With regard to not being able to accomodate your needs, we feel that the scope of the work you are asking to be done is more time consuming and we are not able to handle it at this time. We did provide your neighbor with an estimate, however, it was a much more straight forward job. We apolgogize for any inconvenience and for not being able to fufill your expectations. We wish you well with your project.

In summary, we are extremely pleased with the work of Fabian and his team and highly recommend him! When we first contacted Fabian he was very prompt in responding to our call and once we discussed the project, provided a detailed and competitive proposal in a timely manner. After meeting and discussing the proposal with Fabian, we were impressed with his professionalism and confident he would delivery a high quality product, thus we contracted with him for this work. Fabian's crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon start date; however, due to circumstances with the coping he could not start the project. To be clear the coping issue was not his fault. Unfortunately it took a week to resolve the issue with the paver company. I can only imagine how this must have caused conflicts with other planned projects but Fabian was excellent to work with and got our project started. The process was as he described and despite the persistent rains, Fabian's crew was able to complete the project in a timely manner. As expected, the work was of very high quality. Through many home improvement projects over the years the one thing I have learned is that there will be problems, the key to success is how they are dealt with. Fabian was excellent in responding to all of our concerns and ensured all issues (there were only a few) were closed before final payment. To his credit, not once did he ever use the impact of the delay with the coping as an issue to get the job done in a timely manner. I have the upmost respect for Fabian and would recommend him without reservation or hesitation. In summary, we are looking forward to enjoying our new pool deck and coping thanks to Fabian and his team.

We are very pleased with the work Creation and Renovations has done for us. When we contacted them they responded the same day and made an appointment to give us an estimate. We were very impressed as many companies take days and weeks to respond. We also liked that this is a family operated business that shows great pride in what they do. Their price was very competitive and compared with the many other companies we contacted we felt it was the best option to hire them. We would do it again in a flash. Our experience with Creation and Renovation was very good. Their crew was friendly and worked hard to complete the project in a timely manner. They cleaned up well before they left. A small delay in starting the projects (only a few hours) was communicated well and posed no problem to us at all. They completed the project to our full satisfaction and were open to and implemented suggestions and small changes that we suggested. The two finished porches look stunning and we have received many compliments due to the nature of the work they have completed... stone border, special lawn edging, well rounded corners, integrated trellis/pergola posts, well rounded planting area etc. Everything has been completed and we could not bee more happy with the results. The owner stopped by after completion to inspect the completed project and pick up the check. Another thing we really liked about this company. Should decide to install pavers in other areas of our property we will look around no further, we know who to hire. We can highly recommend this company! ***** Five Stars!

I am very pleased with his work. They did a very professional job. All pavers are tightly fitting and level. The ground was properly leveled. We discussed the design I wanted and he worked with that. He helped with the paver order. I am going to use him again to continue the job in a strip next to the driveway as soon as I get the additional pavers.

Fabian's was very competitive with the other two contractors and made the difference by meeting with me and providing an quote the very same day I requested a it. I am very pleased with the work Fabian and his crew did in the demo of the old driveway and installation of a new one. The quote included removal of large tree roots from a nearby cedar tree. Fabian came on Monday March 24 to demo the old driveway. He was careful to clean cut the roots in order to minimize the damage to the tree. He and his crew returned at 8:00 am on Thursday to install the pavers. They were done including cleanup before 1:00 pm the same day. The driveway looks great and gives the old house a great facelift.

Fabian and his crew were outstanding. He is very prompt and professional and communicated with me continually throughout the entire process from proposal to completion. Any time I had a question I could text Fabian and get an answer within minutes. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the installation. The finished product looks fantastic and every commitment Fabian made regarding price, schedule, materials and scope of the project, he lived up to 100%. I would recommend him highly.

Fabian and his crew did an excellent job supplying and installing a new outdoor paver patio in our backyard and mating it up with our existing screened-in patio. Due to the slope of the yard, we had a drainage issue where the new patio was to be located, so Fabian gently sloped the paver patio to have rainwater drain away from our screened-in patio, and now we have no problems with rain water backing into our screened-in patio. Also installed underground drain pipe from gutter downspouts to exhaust water away from the area. Amazed he completed in one day. Fabian and his crew were on-time and professional, and they know how to do the job right the first time. Patio looks great and finishes off our backyard making it more usable than it was without a doubt. Would highly recommend Creation & Renovation for anyone considering any size paver project.

Fabian and his crew did a great job. Finished the work in one day. He was thoughtful to mix and intersperse old and new pavers to blend the job. Successfully removed and capped a sprinkler head that was in the way. Laid a good foundation of sand over new pavers. Cleaned up the job site. By the time I got home in the evening, it was like our now-fixed driveway had always been that way. Thanks, and I highly recommend this company.

Fabian and his crew were wonderful. They worked tirelessly for three days to complete our project in time for a holiday party. They ran into a couple unexpected problems but did not charge me for the additional supplies or manpower required. He stuck to his estimate and was very much a perfectionist. I enjoyed working with him and his team. We had some problems with loose pavers and he came out to fix them when I called. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again. It turned into a much bigger job than anticipated and Fabian and his guys did not miss a step handling each obstacle that arose.

We have some giant oak trees in our front yard whose roots had uplift and cracked the old concrete through the years. So we called 3 companies of which, we chose to contract Creation and Renovation. Fabian came over, surveyed the area, brought up all the factors to our attention and gave some recommendations for the driveway, walkway and back patio. We were impressed with his professionalism; not mentioning that he gave us the best proposal. A few days later as scheduled, the crew got at our house and started the job demolishing the old concrete and excavating the areas. Next, they prepped the site, framed the areas and poured concrete. It was amazing how fast and organized they worked. Shortly after the concrete drying, they returned to remove the forms and cut the expansion joints. At the end, everything looked great. Our hedges and grass were barely touched, the irrigation system worked properly and best of all, no construction debris left--just a clean site. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome; it was worth every penny spent with them. We strongly recommend Creation and Renovation to other Angieslist members without any hesitation. They are properly rated A+++ company.

This company is awesome. I called them in mid October for an estimate on our planned addition to the back yard. They scheduled an appointment and arrived at the time they said they would. I was impressed that the owner was concerned about the change in grade and how it would alter the drainage of the backyard. I was pleased with his recommendation to install French drains before the pavers would be installed. He did not push for the French drain job. He was just concerned about possible issues down the road. None of the other companies even mentioned the change in runoff. His price was very good to add the drains. So we went with his recommendations. They asked for 50% down once the material order was placed. That was normal with my other estimates. My wife and I decided the next day that we trusted Creations and Renovations to complete the work. I called him and he let me know he would email once the order had been placed and then he could give us a timeline to complete the job. I expected them to come out and dig the drains one day and begin the work the next. This was not the case with this job. Fabian emailed and said the material order was placed on Friday. I asked him how he would like me to pay him the 50% down and he said he would meet up next week. I had a sick child and was not able to get with him Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday morning a truck showed up to drop off supplies. I went to work and called Fabian because I wanted to make sure he was paid the deposit. He said he was at my home and to meet him there that evening. I expected to see the French drain completed when I arrived but found his team had completed the job. It looks amazing and so much better than I expected. Everything, and I mean everything, was above my expectations. He even added a few touches that were meant to keep it looking great for years to come. This was a rather large job and I could not be happier with the service, price, or craftsmanship. My wife and I are already trying to find additional hardscape jobs that we could hire out to Creations and Restorations. Unbelievable !!!!!!!!!!!! Very Happy Customer Lake Mary Florida

Although there was a delay from the factory manufacturing the pavers, once they were available, Favian installed immediately and completed the job in only one day.

It went beautifully. No problems at all. He even stopped back later to check on his work. I would definitely have him again.

Fabian repaved concrete driveway. He first removed old concrete and contracted the driveway repavement. He did a very nice job. He is a pleasure to deal with.

He did a great job. Fabian gave me the best price of any pavers in the area. He did a very professional job. He cleaned up the area when he was done. There was a difficult area in the corner by my air conditioner and he handled that, where as another bidder told me they wouldn't do that part. He did what he said he was going to do and did it when he said he would.

We contacted Fabian through Angie's list explaining our patio drainage issue. He promptly replied and came out the next day to discuss options and give us pricing of the project. Once we decided on installing a drainage pipe, drain, and removal of the existing patio and installation of a paver patio, Fabian and his crew promptly started the project. He provided guidance when selecting pavers for the new patio. They arrived and completed the work according to the timeline he provided to us. He completed the job at the price quote we were given. He is very true to his word and performed all services he said he would in a timely manner. Our drainage problems are solved and our new patio and walkway look amazing! Fabian was truly wonderful to work with. He is honest, communicates in a timely manner, and does excellent work. We couldn't be happier with his services and would indefinitely recommend Creative Renovations.
