Fabian and his wife Marcia were very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. They were professional and gave us a great rate for material and labor. They did a great job and we love the outcome!

They are very professional. I haven’t done a job with them yet. Was quoted $8,000 for pavers and a screen as well. What stood out to me was the timeline they have, being on time. Their professionalism, treating their customers. Always available, when I was asking them a question either by phone or emails. They’re very accessibly. Fair price. We ‘re taking it very seriously to do a job with them in the future.

BEAUTIFULLY!!! The team Fabian has assembled works very hard. Each day they would clean up so every day we could see the backyard coming into shape. This was a significant job due to the various grade levels we have in our backyard. It is amazing to me that the team was able to create a 100% level space spanning the entire back of the house! We are delighted with the finished product and the many spaces for seating that were created. We recommend Creation & Renovation WITHOUT HESITATION!!! We like this team so much we will have them back to do our front porch in the coming months!

Fabian was very responsive. We had a plan from a landscape architect and he made some great suggestions about fine tuning the plan. He even went with me to order the tile and select the grout. He picked it up and delivered it to the job site. He handled all demolition, waste removal etc. Really a nice person and his tile guy was great! Has a good eye for details and high standards for his work product

From the initial email, until the last check-up after the work was finished, this experience was pleasant and pleasing.

Fabian was excellent! He initially came by, quickly some measurements and said he would email me a proposal. Pricing was excellent so i told him i would like to proceed. The aging driveway was removed and hauled away in less than a day. We had to coordinate with another contractor who was removing an oak tree and its roots so timing was a bit tricky but we worked it out. We had some trouble removing all the necessary roots, Fabian took it upon himself to pull them out of the ground personally! The driveway is now completed and i can finally park in front of my house for the first time in 2 years! Thank you Creation and Renovation!

They did excellent work on our driveway, front entrance and columns. The overall experience and quality of workmanship is excellent!

I'll start by saying that Fabian and his crew exceeded my expectations in a number of ways. He and the crew were easy to get along with and Fabian himself impressed me throughout the process with his work ethic and flexibility. What I had in my minds eye prior to the installation and what we ended up with were quite different and I mean that in the most positive way. Fabian was very open to being creative (as the company name implies) and we did some freeform work that impressed my neighbors and all who have been to my home since the renovation. In fact, two of my neighbors also ended up contracting with Creation & Renovation after seeing the work and hearing my comments. Other Comments: 1) It should be noted that Orange County will not permit driveway pavers on the easement or right of way. That was a huge disappointment and attempts to negotiate that with Orange County were futile. 2) Order extra pavers. They always come in handy for DIY work but more importantly having extra pavers will open up possibilities for being more creative.

great, good service and the final result looked amazing. there was a slight delay and mixup in the paver delivery, but it was handled professionally and quickly. The owner really cares about his customers and was good at communication and follow up. Would use again!!

Fabian came out to give us an estimate the same day I called. The next day Marcia emailed the estimate which was better than we expected, so we decided to make the patio bigger. Fabian came back out and we went over the new plan. He matched our existing pavers perfectly. The installation team even removed a few rows of existing pavers to seamlessly blend the pattern into the new pavers. Fabian and his team removed the sod from the patio area and carefully placed it down in areas of our yard that were bare. That was a lot of extra work for them, we didn't even expect that! Fabian also widened a narrow path to the backdoor and replaced the old pavers, great idea that really makes a big difference and looks so much better. The team arrived early and worked hard both days. They did a beautiful job. The square cuts around the columns are perfect, the cement edging, the borders, it all looks fantastic. The team cleaned everything up, even took all our patio furniture out of the small existing patio area and hosed and swept the whole patio, windowsills, walls, even the patio furniture. Then they carefully replaced everything. Marcia was helpful throughout the process. Anytime I had a question I could call or email and get a quick response. She came back over after the job was complete to make sure we were happy with the patio. Marcia and Fabian are such professionals, and really nice people, too. We highly recommend Creation and Renovation!!

Creation & Renovation exceeded my expectations particularly showing a willingness to be creative in working with me as the job progressed. I would venture to say that the end product was quite a bit different than what was in my minds eye when I placed the original order. The end result is beautiful. I was particularly impressed with Fabian. Such a hard worker and a pleasure to work with. The end result was so impressive that two of my neighbors subsequently used Creation & Renovation to upgrade their homes. My only regret is that I didn't elect to round more corners with the walkways. I should also note that Orange County will not allow you to paver your drive all the way up to the street. Trying to get that approved is futile. Last note: When you order your pavers, order more than you think you need. It will allow you and Fabian to be more creative during the installation.

Marcia came with a worker who repaired the pavers on the deck. The deck and driveway was then pressured washed and sealed. The work was done over two days and came out amazing.

We did some pavers through a company called Creation & Renovation Inc. It was excellent. They did a beautiful job. The price was right. They were here just before Christmas.

We got a quick response once we express we needed an estimate between that week. We were happy but decided to go on a different route.

Excellent job......HIGHLY recommended! Workers were very professional, timely. One day it rained and they were not going to be able to work, they were courteous enough to send us a text. These little details made them exceptional to us!! :) And the end result was outstanding!!

Fabian and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. Although my job was small I didn't think it could be done in a single day. To my surprise they finished earlier than I expected on the first and only day. The crew cleaned up everything and nothing was left behind (other than the extra pavers which I wanted to keep).

It went well. Fabian came up with an innovative way to blend the pavers into my existing pool. We had several companies come out to try to give us a solution but Fabian was the one who had the clearly winning idea - and it looks great! any little issues we had he took care of. His wife was a big help too!

Fabian was always responsive to my calls and came out twice to go over estimate because I changed some things. The day of the installation he said they would be here between 730 and 8 and they arrrived a little past 7:30. The patio is beautiful and they did a wonderful job. The job was finished all in one day. I would use them again!
