We contacted Fabian through Angie's list explaining our patio drainage issue. He promptly replied and came out the next day to discuss options and give us pricing of the project. Once we decided on installing a drainage pipe, drain, and removal of the existing patio and installation of a paver patio, Fabian and his crew promptly started the project. He provided guidance when selecting pavers for the new patio. They arrived and completed the work according to the timeline he provided to us. He completed the job at the price quote we were given. He is very true to his word and performed all services he said he would in a timely manner. Our drainage problems are solved and our new patio and walkway look amazing! Fabian was truly wonderful to work with. He is honest, communicates in a timely manner, and does excellent work. We couldn't be happier with his services and would indefinitely recommend Creative Renovations.

Fabian and Creation & Renovation Inc. has to be one of the most professional and talented firms that I have worked with when it comes to home renovation. << I had a previous contractor come in and do a horrendous job attempting to put in a large paver driveway and front sidewalk. After 6 weeks of not delivering what was promised, the paver driveway fell apart and contractor ended up abandoning the project and leaving me high and dry.>> Fabian was referred to me by a mutual friend and he and his fantastic crew came in and completed the entire job in 2.5 days. It was beautifully done!!! It was such a great job that neighbors in my community contracted Fabian to do paver and stonework projects for their homes. After the success of my driveway, I had Creation & Renovation team back to install a side yard paver patio and some indoor tile. Again, they did a fantastic job and finished in an afternoon. Whenever the team left my property, it was always clean and immaculate. This was a very hard job because of the amount of pavers to be removed and the other foundational repairs needed. Fabian was very fair and professional and so were his entire crew. The weather was very hot and they worked hard consistently. The job turned out beautifully and we have not had one problem in maintaining the beauty of our pool deck and patio area. Fabian was very patient with us trying to decide exactly what color of the travertine we wanted and worked with us on the source for the travertine. I plan to use this company on some other work inside the house in the kitchen this year and to do some minor tile repairs. I would recommend Fabian for any work he would bid on. I know he could do any job he said he can and he would do an excellent job.

Contractor was on time, pricing was reasonable, and he did a good job with the install.

Fabian has great communication skills with the homeowner and his employees or partners. He listens to what you say and adjusts the plans accordingly. He is very considerate and keeps things tidy. He perfects his work to the customers liking and communicates concerns ahead of time that the homeowner may not have considered in their plans. He is creative and resourceful. He offered suggestions that made the project a success and gave me time to sort out the changes. I would not hesitate to refer Fabian to anyone as I know he would personally take good care of them.
