+ 1 moreThis was a very hard job because of the amount of pavers to be removed and the other foundational repairs needed. Fabian was very fair and professional and so were his entire crew. The weather was very hot and they worked hard consistently. The job turned out beautifully and we have not had one problem in maintaining the beauty of our pool deck and patio area. Fabian was very patient with us trying to decide exactly what color of the travertine we wanted and worked with us on the source for the travertine. I plan to use this company on some other work inside the house in the kitchen this year and to do some minor tile repairs. I would recommend Fabian for any work he would bid on. I know he could do any job he said he can and he would do an excellent job.
Description of Work: Removed concrete pavers from large pool deck and pool. Installed Travertine pavers, with coping over 2200 sq. feet including multiple steps and angles. Also, built summer kitchen with travertine tile, bar sink, ice maker, refrigerator and storage areas. Then built another adjoining patio with some of the pavers that were removed. Repaired previously laid steps and another paver area in the back yard.

+ -1 moreFabian has great communication skills with the homeowner and his employees or partners. He listens to what you say and adjusts the plans accordingly. He is very considerate and keeps things tidy. He perfects his work to the customers liking and communicates concerns ahead of time that the homeowner may not have considered in their plans. He is creative and resourceful. He offered suggestions that made the project a success and gave me time to sort out the changes. I would not hesitate to refer Fabian to anyone as I know he would personally take good care of them.
Description of Work: Fabian and his crew replaced our entire circular driveway , the driveway on the side of the house and the patio area in the backyard with cement pavers. They provided a thick foundation of ground cement to stabilize the ground which was prone to erosion. He suggested 4 inch plastic pipes under the driveway in specific spots for electrical or sprinkler runs. He partnered with a gutter specialist to aid in draining water away from our house with drainage pipes under the driveway in certain areas to connect to the gutter system. He partnered with a another company to build a 2 foot high wall around a patio area and a mailbox that also houses our lamp post. He built a wonderful outdoor kitchen with cement pavers that houses a sink , a 40 inch grill and a burner .
