Everything went great. Chris did the installation as scheduled, in a very professional manner and at a very fair price. He even picked the carpet up for us from the warehouse. Would highly recommend CR Morris and would gladly use Chris again for future installations.

A call was placed to request a quote and schedule a service date. They were able to work with my limited schedule and need for the service as quickly as possible, lining up the job to be done the very next day (Saturday). The price fell in line with what others have reported paying here on Angie's list.As promised, they called upon completion of the job prior to mine, and provided a window of arrival. They arrived when they said and quickly got to work after being shown the rooms and extent of the work required in each. Once the work was started they called me to show me the process they were using and explain exactly what they were doing. Some remaining folding was shown and instructions on how cleaning would smooth it out was provided.Within an hour of arrival, the job was complete, and the carpets were looking significantly better. Their work was carried out professionally and with an eye towards insuring I was satisfied.

Very happy (again). Chris showed up the next day and stretched the carpet wrinkles at the top of the stairway, in a bedroom (lots of wrinkles there in several places) and in a walk-in closet. Great job. EXTREMELY happy with result. Very fair pricing and I will certainly give them the best recommendation. (We used him a year ago for another job downstairs).

Called went over details, set appointment on (short notice).. they showed up on time, charged me the estimate they gave me over the phone.. Based on my measurements and detail about the furniture. Very courteous, fast and professional.

This fine man responded quickly to my email and showed up on time. He did a fabulous job where my little dog had dug up the carpet in the doorway all the way to the cement floor. You can't even see it as he really knows what he's doing. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and even left me a sample bottle of a carpet cleaner he highly recommends (but doesn't sell; he says it is at both Lowe's and Home Depot). I can't recommend him enough and will definitely be calling on him with future needs.

Chris and Anita showed up on time, did a great job re stretching and re-seaming the carpet on my living room. They are super nice people and very knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and the service is amazing. I would recommend them.

Chris stopped by and quoted to stretch my carpet. I hired him. He showed up and made one try to stretch the carpet in one room. He stopped after trying and said my carpet was to old & dry and he was afraid he'd rip the carpet if he continued. My carpet is old & I understand his concern. I hired another carpet stretcher who sucessfully stretched my carpet without any problems. Update - this provider was very prompt and professional. Had ripples before, don't have them now. The overall grade was given based on a project that was not completed by this provider.

They called when they were supposed to, showed up on time, did the job right, and the price was right. We will use them again.

Chris and Anita were great to work with, I give them an A++ for customer service AND project results! They promptly set a date/time to provide an estimate. They not only arrived as promised but they called to let me know they were leaving the current job and on their way to my house. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Once we agreed on the job and price we set a date/time for the repair. Again, they arrived as scheduled and called me as they were on their way. They were effective and efficient. In fact, they did a better job then the original installers. The carpet looks and feels awesome. They were sensational. Great experience.

They were excellent! They came on time for the appointment. They did a real thorough job. The work looked better than what it originally looked like.

This was very poor customer service. I had a hard time getting them to schedule the appt as Chris was never available, but I followed up each day as I can understand the employees are busy. On my third day of following up (still no call back from the Chris) I get told the employee is out of town that can schedule it and has been out of town... Not sure why this wasn't expressed to me when they answered the first three times I called. When I ask when they will be back so I can schedule an appt, I am told they don't know and pretty much hung up on. Then I get random texts in the middle of the night around 950 pm from the company telling me don't call back and they never called again. I now feel like I know why the price was right, poor customer service. Update---- Per response from vendor, none of the conversations were relayed that way. I believe Anita may be lying to you. I was never told you were out of town until I called the third time to schedule an appointment and she said you had been out of town and this was never mentioned prior. I was also told by her you were the only one who could schedule the stretch. Finally, the only personal question I asked was when you would return to schedule the appointment. Why would I care where you were? I am not impressed with you either now for lying on Angie's List.

Had a section of carpet which was severely stained. Chris patched the carpet so that you can barely see the repair. Plus - he came and did the work on the same day that I called (within about two hours).

I can't say enough good things about Chris and Anita and the job they performed. They are efficient, personable, and timely. They arriving right on time after calling to let us know they were on their way. Their work was impeccable and priced fairly. They even reinstalled some closet doors at no charge. They will be our "carpet people" from now on. You will not be disappointed!

They were very efficient and the stairs that required replacement due to melted carpet match the rest which is great since this is the entry to the whole house.

Chris and Anita worked very well together, so the streching job went very smoothly. They did an exceptional job. They charged us what they quoted. When they left the home everything was as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. I would and will recommend them to anyone who need carpeting work done

Chris was extremely professional. He stretched the carpet in one bedroom as well as the hallway. He called me a number of times to let me know how his earlier scheduled jobs were coming along. We highly recommend his service!

Called within 30 minutes of initial contact. Showed up the NEXT DAY!! Very nice and proffessionel. Very detail orientated and helpful! Did a great job and cleaned some existing spots outof our carpet! A wonderful experiaence!
