COST CUTTER LAWN

From March of 2010 until February 2011 I have employed Cost Cutters for my lawn and yard care needs. It has been a bit frustrating. They are structured differently than services I've used in the past. They don't come every week certain months out of the year. We were not a good match because my yard really needs attention every week. I was under the impression they could fully service my yard. They had the opportunity to let me know when they came over at the initial visit to give me an estimate, if it would be too much for them to maintain. I was never given the impression it was too much for them. I've had trouble reaching them on the phone in the past and when I make specific requests, they have not been attended to. I had no choice but to end our service. They are nice people but I would warn others who have a lot of hedges or other foliage in their yard, that this is NOT a full service company. They claim they did not mislead me in any way, but I don't understand how when I ask for a palm tree to be trimmed and they say, "ok", and it doesn't get done, how is that not misleading? If they had any issues with my requests, they should have brought that to my attention. I hate leaving negative feedback and I waiting a long time to see if this would resolve on its own and be rectified before having to take this action. I gave them every chance to make this right and the work still did not get done.

They gave me an estimate at my home, I accepted and they did the work right then. It only took a few minutes & they did a good job. I'll call them again for any future lawn or yard work.

I have Cost Cutter Lawn cut my grass in my front yard only. I would consider it a small yard. Anytime that I ask for an extra service done such as trimming bushes, they do not ever charge extra. Even when there is an extra week in the month, they still charge the same monthly fee. I think they are great.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. MY LAWN IS ALWAYS IN NEAT AND IN ORDER. EVEN DURING THE TRYING RAINING MONTHS OF SUMMER THEY ALWAYS FOUND A WAY TO GET THE JOB DONE BETWEEN SHOWERS.
