Today should have been a regular maintenance visit, but as fate would have it my downstairs A/C had stopped working. Joe Z. came out and fixed the problem and went on to do the maintenance on my two A/C units! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient!! I will continue to request Joe Z., because he is a great guy and does a great job! I did not have a charge because I am on their maintenance program. I have never been disappointed with any of the employees at Cool Today Energy Today and Plumbing Today! Great company!

The technicians were prompt and efficient. No "hard sell" to replace or buy products. It was a routine maintenance appointment but the technician noted some areas that could pose problems later. Had I not had confidence in Energy Today and the technicians they hire, I might have ignored the report and regretted it later.

Cool Today is a wonderful company. They are always prompt and very easy to schedule appointments. We are so happy with our tech, Brian. He is always thorough and completes the job taking all precautions for Covid 19. We recently had a break down in our AC and were only out for a day while they got the parts. Excellent. Cool Today was very knowlegeable about proper duct design and layout. They remedied serious problems with improper trunk line sizing, stupid routes and shoddy installation where ducts were not hung from rafters. System works well now with even air distribution throughout the house. First rate work!

Cool Today is responsive from your first telephone call to their office, to the technicians who are knowledgeable, communicative and on time. We have used for mostly our air service, but have used for installed lighting, some plumbing. Our air suddenly stopped working one morning, I called and in the afternoon a technician came out. The part was not available but he ordered on his phone, went the next morning to Fort Myers, picked up the part and was at my home around 12:30 to install. Everything worked.

I know this review is long, but I think it’s important information to back up my 5-star rating! I had a water heater that was in really bad shape, and I didn’t know just how bad it had gotten because it’s hidden behind a panel in the wall of my closet. So, when I stopped getting hot water, I took the panel off & what I found was shocking!! I knew it had to be dealt with ASAP! I made appointments for estimates from 3 different companies to get it replaced right away. In all honesty, while the estimate I received from Plumbing Today was very reasonable, it was actually about $100 more than the lowest one. However, the amazing customer service I received blew the other company out of the water! From my first phone call to schedule the estimate, to the great interaction I had with Alex Jennier who came out to meet with me, it was well worth spending a little extra money! So, I spoke with Alex on a Thursday, and he got me scheduled for the following Monday to have a new water heater installed. He even took the time to answer a few additional questions I had before I made my decision. My appointment window was between 12-6pm. Cole Hoschouer and his partner Matt (I’m sorry, I don’t know his last name) arrived at approximately 1:45pm, much sooner than I anticipated. Cole explained everything they were going to do and they went straight to work. They wore masks and booties, and were very careful and respectful of my property. I have a townhouse with stairs that are kind of steep, so I know the removal of the old tank from my closet upstairs and installation of the new one wasn’t easy. But Cole and Matt did an excellent job, left everything clean, and were on their way out the door by 4pm. I will definitely be using these guys for all of my plumbing, A/C and electrical needs from now on! I’d like to add that the day after they installed my new water heater, the toilet they used to drain the old one into stopped working properly. I wasn’t sure if it was a coincidence or not, so I gave Alex a call. He had Cole call me and we discussed the issue. Although he felt the problem was unrelated, he had me set up an appointment with their dispatcher for him to come take a look at it later that day. He arrived just a short time later. It turned out the problem was not caused by the water heater installation, but was likely caused by something getting stuck in one of the lines. Cole flushed it out and got it working again. He didn’t even charge me. When I talk about fantastic customer service, this is exactly what I mean!! Thank you Alex, Cole & Matt ... you made this whole unexpected mess very easy on this first-time homeowner!

Great, Donald was very polite. My granddaughter was with him the whole time and she is a talker. He was patient with her. He also explained to me in detail, what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix the problem. I don't usually write reviews, but this needed to be said. And yes I would hire them again. Patti

Chris Norris, Cody Valentin and Ron White came last Thursday in the morning to do the job, they were here most of the day. They did an excellent job, they also cleaned the house before they left. The house was spotless by the time they left.

Chris Norris and Cody Valentin did a great job cleaning the air ducts and cleaning up when they were through. I recommend Cool Today to anyone needing duct work done.
