Excellent. Was not sure about hiring a big firm that was a multidiscipline service vs. specialist, but other's good reviews convinced me to try. Appointment easily made last week on-line, and confirmed next day with dispatchers, who were friendly and professional. Plumbing technicians Roman and Chad arrived per schedule (after one reschedule from last week reportedly due to some CoolToday techs sick then; fortunately, the leaky RO faucet was easily turned off, so this was not an urgent situation). After introductions, they covered their shoes and confirmed the leak diagnosis and location. Roman was able to maneuver well enough in a tight under-kitchen sink location to take apart the faucet. He and Chad then determined the root cause (original installation had over-compressed the O-ring, leading to eventual partial failure and leak). Unfortunately, they did not have a replacement O-ring but were able to create a tight and durable seal with carefullly applied plumber's (thread-seal) tape. Chad provided some guidance on how to create an impermeable under-counter barrier using a shower seal PVC liner to protect against any future under-counter leaks (the wood there had regrettably become damaged), which I subsequently installed. They were efficient with their time while ensuring a robust fix that should last this time, and carefully tested the repair for ten minutes. Cost was a bit on the high side, but all-in-all was worth it for this professional fix. Thanks CoolToday!

Not well. The issue started in November and the unit failed 5-6 times over the next 3 months. I finally called another company to fix it.

I have been a regular with plumbing today cool today and electric today for over 10 years. I cant strongly recommend Jose Lopez enough for your plumber tech. I trust his competence and advice. Ive learned its not common to find a technician from any business who is knowledgable and honest. Because I can trust him I recommend all my friends to utilize this company and ask for Jose . I have found this company stands behind its work.

Needed to install new breaker, air conditioner surge protector, home surge protector

Some issues were found and I will develop a plan of correction.

It went extremely well. Darrien checked all the outdoor outlets for safety and voltage, the inside ones as well. He determined which areas were controlled by specific GFIs which is very useful to me since some outlets were quite distant from their controlling GFI. He looked at my service panel and made recommendations accordingly. He also checked for neutrals doubling up in circuits and tightened all connections. He gave me useful advice on my smoke detectors as well as surge protectors for my pool, service panel and AC condenser. All in all he’s given me a road map.

He sold me expensive contract but did no work. Lied that all was OK. Had to call back again after 2 days. New plumber came would not honor warranty and asked for 300dollars. Do not trust workers of this company.

Jose came out for plumbing and was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. Chris visited a few weeks ago for A/C, again very professional and prompt. Can’t say enough good things about this organization. I just purchased a fixer-upper and these folks have won my loyalty with their fairness and dependability. Do not hesitate to hire them!!
