Cool Energy Plumbing Today

We left to go north shortly after the new systems were installed--June of 2011. On returning the following fall we had some problems with humidity. We had HUMIDISTATES installed and we are not sure if we had set them properly. After that everything worked well. Before we left for the summer of 2012 I purchased a humidity gauge so my neighbor could watch what was happening. Around the middle of June the neighbor called me saying the humidity was high. We called N&M and they scheduled a technician to check the system. He said that my gauge was wrong and everything was OK. We arrive late last fall, November. First thing we found was one of the units was not working and we had mold problems. I called and they repaired the problem promptly. (air handler fan stopped working in one of the units-Of course we do not know when.) We ended up with bad mold in one closet and bedroom. We hired a mold remediation company to cleanup. We had extra work done in the house, also. After the cleaning I called N&M ask that they send Jimmy Mullen and a company representative so I could meet and explain our situation. They promptly replied and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time: Jimmy Mullen, Bryant Ray (operations manager) and tech Shawn. They came completely prepared with all of the contacts I had with them from day one. When Bryant heard my story he asked how much I had spent on the cleanup. I showed him my bill which i had separated out the cost of the mold. He called the office, right then and there, and told them to "cut a check" WQW I could not believe it. I received the check yesterday. I'm available if anyone has questions.

Everything went extremely well. The crew arrived about 8:30 AM and began work. By 3:30 PM they had completed all work on the heat pump, hot water heater and heat recovery unit were cleaned up and gone. About 2 weeks later the duct cleaning was done in about 2-3 hours. This is a single floor 2400 q. ft. house

Our AC unit went out on a Sunday morning. So I checked the N&M website to set up a service call - not expecting much, but a lady called me within 5 minutes of hitting send. She confirmed the situation and scheduled to have a technician come to the house. I expected having to pay more for a Sunday service call, however she said there was no extra charge for Sunday service. The technician arrived within an hour and quickly set to finding the problem (a bad capacitor) and solving it in short order. He was very nice, professional and genuinely nice person. While waiting I had printed the coupon from Angie's list, but forgot to give it to the tech when presented the final bill. When I realized my error I called the next day (Monday) and spoke to the office manager. She too was very warm and accommodating and, much to my surprise and delight, credited my charge card for the amount of the coupon. I would happily and heartily recommend them for any A/C work. Fast friendly service and a fair price. Use the coupon!

Service tech completed work within an hour and had called back to check that everything was going well.

A google search for AC work snowballed into having the entire house brought to code with electrical and plumbing. All of the service guys were professional, courteous, and timely. The initial contact person, Doug, spent quite a bit of time with me covering my concerns and questions. Each person I dealt with was friendly as the previous. Both the electrician and plumber, also both Derek, were simply the best. They not only did more than I expected, left their work areas tidy but they even washed their coffee cups! The follow up calls regarding their services were much appreciated as well. One minor issue I had brought 3 people out to resolve and an offer to correct 8:00 pm on Christmas Eve. I can not recommend this company to enough people. The level of workmanship, integrity, and personal attention was impressive. Thank you

Looked up for plumbing services on Angies List. Found N&M Today. Called. They were wonderful. Called me back immediately to schedule appt. Made appt for the next day. They told me who was coming and gave me his ID #. Sent me a picture of the tech and his background information the same day. The next day the tech called me 1/2 hour before coming. Asked me exactly what the problem was and said he is on his way. Arrived and was very nice and courteous. He was done in about 40 minutes. He cleaned up everything and himself and then we did the paperwork. Very nice job. Would definitely use again should I need to.

Service went very well overall with both service agents. They both were very professional, explain what they were doing and what was needed. They also left their personal contact information to allow us to contact them directly if we had any issues or needed further assistance.

We were pleased with the work as described above. There were many problems that were fixed by N&M. Since I am writing this 6 months after the work was done, I don't recall all the details.

They were great. They came right out and everything was finished within two or three days. Everything was done quickly and they were very clean. They are excellent people.

We had the main drain back up into the shower & toilet from the washing machine when it was draining out! When we called this Service about snaking out the main drain, we let them know we got them from Angieslist and had a coupon for 93.00 for Drain Cleaning. They said they could be here between 6-8pm. Nate called us to let us know he would be here by 8pm. He was here at 8pm and it didn't take him long to get the job done. Thanks for your great Service!

It was very clean and efficient. They were on-time and the system works flawlessly.

A group of 3 men arrived to replace the CHA system. Each one had a specific job to do. They worked well together as a team. What was so great was that the gentleman in charge of the job, Brian, decided to relocate the air handler that was located in the attic over the living room to the attic over the carport. Therefore, if it ever leaked it would not damage the interior of my home. The group of men worked efficiently and were completed in about 6 hours. Everything was cleaned up before they left. They then sent another man to the house to go over the thermostat and check the filters on the air return.

We’re Ok now. They are good; they come when they say they will.

They are very responsive. They come when they are supposed to and are very professional. They have done a lot of work around my home, and I am happy with them. Their prices are also good.

He arrived the same day we called, climbed into our attick and scanned the temperature. He told us that there were no unusual cold spots. He told us we could have a leak test done, but didn't think we needed to spend the money. He was polite and friendly.

Great experience. Fast, efficient, friendly, professional and not a pushy salesman. Loved it!

We've been using them for about 14 years. They've always provided good service to us. They also installed our A/C system in the past, and that went well, too.

Dennis S. was the technician that came out. He diagnosed the problem (kitchen sink plugged) and fixed it within an hour or so. The coupon on Angie's List saved us big bucks which was great!

Thomas was outstanding in troubleshooting the problem and making the repair. I will be using this company again.

Service went very well. Two days to complete all 11 units inspections, change filters, UV lights and one thermostat that had been acting up.

I normally use another company in town that I have used for years. For no particular reason except that we used them once and just called them because we had be satisfied with their work. However, this time I decided I should use Angie's list since I had found a good appliance repair person (Carl's Appliance Repair) off this site last year. I looked to see the rating for the other A/C company I have used and was surprised to see not as high as a rating as I would have thought. But N&M Cool had such a great rating and tons of positive feedback, I thought I had to try them. I called to schedule a service call and the woman who took my call was so professional and helpful. I was surprised that she said she could have someone come out that day. I am so used to the next day or just not an immediate response without some extra fee or something. I had to tell her that I didn't expect them today and actually apologized to her that I wasn't available today but I thought I would need to get my name on the schedule. I received a reminder call at the end of the day for the appointment. And Rob the Tech called about 30 minutes prior to showing up. Very professional. Gave me options. Gave me advice. Fixed the one unit that I needed. Gave me options for the other unit that needed more work. No pressure but good solid information. I am going to have other unit repaired next month and he help with my most immediate need on the unit that was necessary to use. Definitely plan to use service again and most definitely plan to recommend to family and friends. I would also look into using them if I had a need for their other services like plumbing or electrical because I thought my overall experience was professional and trustworthy.

I first had the plumber come out. A very nice young man who did and outstanding job. He was so good that I called them out a second time to do another job for us. The price could have been a litle less but the result was outstanding. I then had the A/C man show up to check our A/C and he was also very nice and professional. We have a contract with another A/C company and they have been telling me for 2 years that I need a $2000 service to clean the mold in my A/C unit(which is on the roof). The N and M man stated that is usual for Florida and unless we were having difficulty breathing that it shouldn't be a concern. I liked his honesty. I would not only recomened this company I will most assuredly use them again if needed.

They were highly recommended in the area. The service is excellent. They were on time, did great work and I would give them 10/10. Their price I thought was a little bit expensive but for the service I got, it was worth the money and I'd say they are good value for the money.
