We were completely satisfied with their service and installation. It is working great.

I dealt with 3 different plumbers; all were polite and professional. The kitchen sink install was beautifully done, replacing my old faucet and adding a soap dispenser. The bathtub/shower faucets looked fine also, but we had a problem the first time my grandkids used the tub. Water would not stay in the tub and we discovered the carpet in the hallway was getting soaked. A plumber was sent out the same day I called. He immediately found the problem, but had to spend hours digging out tar and lead to get to the old (54 yr old) pipe to ensure a better connection. After 4 1/2 hours here, he had the job completed. We tried it out and everything seems to be fine now. Cool Today/Plumbing Today covered the entire 4 1/2 hrs without any added expense. (Thankfully, the carpet is old and will soon be pulled up anyway.) I cannot really provide a good rating on price, as I did not get any other estimates. I see now on Angie's List they say "free estimates" but I was told that if I did not sign up for the job I would need to pay a $49.00 service call for the estimate. I figured I might as well just use them, plus, I did have some coupons worth $60.00. The work did end up covering a lot of hours. The kitchen sink removal was more difficult than expected and took a bit of time. The sink install and bathtub/shower work was an all day job. Then the fix it job was over 4 hours. This was my first time using Cool Today/Plumbing Today for plumbing work. I did purchase my air conditioner from them a number of years ago and they continue with maintenance several times a year. I have been very pleased with their air conditioning service.

1. A very knowledgeably and polite marketing representative Jeff Deehr explained very patiently different products, company's procedures, mentioned all the discounts and benefits available to us. He answered all our questions, and won this business for the company (we had a few offers from different contractors). 2.Chris Norris and his partner did the installation very professionally, took their time explaining how it all works, what to do and not to do for getting the best out of the new system. 3. Service technician Josh Yelin did a great job checking the quality of installation and making important improvements to the drainage system. 4.Duct cleaning gentlemen worked the whole day cleaning the ducts and made sure all the points were thoroughly cleaned. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Very professional and extremely polite personnel. We would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Very clean workmanship and very honest. A different company told me I needed a new system because I was growing mold. N and M Cool said it would be impossible to tell if II had mold unless samples were tested. He suggested the discoloration was likely just dirt and said I shouldn't replace the system.

The quality of work is fine. I feel their prices are a little high and they are cagey about their prices even though the technicians have a manual that describes the exact price for every conceivable job they can do. They won't let you see the book. I asked. Also the inspections seem like they really use for up-selling. When questioned about the details of the upsale the technician kind of hemmed and hawed about if it really needed doing. They are very good about scheduling a time and keeping the schedule.

He had closed the main water line himself (which county later told me, they are not allowed to do) then when he went to open it back up, it came off in his hands. Had to call the county to fix. Initial reason for the call was a very high water bill from county and when county came by, spotted the underground leak next to the backflow and I called them because they had taken over Campbell Plumbing when they went out of business. Plumber only suggestion was that I probably had a slab leak and that I should have the whole house re-piped, which the estimate was over $4000. I had Sleuth come over this morning and he did a very diligent job of determining where the slab leak was. When I called Plumbing Today to come over and fix the LEAK, all they could talk about was their recommendation to do re-pipe the entire house, instead of the couple of hundred in estimates, I'm getting now to just fix the leak. I understand that I might have future leaks, but to compare a couple of hundred vs. $4000 is a bit much after owning the house for over 20 years without a problem.

They come every six months to keep the warranty on effect. They're excellent and very knowledgeable. They are right on time and as matter a fact when my air-conditioning went out they were there on the week night within 15 minutes. They maybe a little expensive but they're reliable and take care of their customer and they do what they say.

I had an extremely difficult time attempting to purchase the service contracts through Evelyn at the maintenance department of N&M Cool Today.The whole thing was enough of a fiasco that I wanted to just call it quits however I have been using N&M for repairs and new systems recently and although expensive, I have found them to be quite professional and competent and believed I would not be dealing with this particular department once I was able to get the service contracts in place. Dumb Me. It is now September. Both of my checks totaling $1112 were cashed back in May for the 6 properties that I sent with detailed list of each property including address, Owners name, tenants name and phone number as well as note with each property to call me to schedule my personal home, one of the homes that was vacant as well as any property that they had any problem with scheduling and I would meet them with keys. I also asked for receipts for the service contracts and when the services were completed to e-mail copies of the service so I would have each of these for my Owners. I had foolishly sent checks and the information without invoices as it was clear that Evelyn was not responsive and I wanted these services done before the heat of the summer. In August I still had not received any call to perform service on my home, the vacant house and tenants I spoke with had not heard from anyone. I sent an email to service department instead of maintenance hoping someone would step in and get the problem resolved. Instead they forwarded the e-mail to Evelyn who notified me that after thouroughly reviewing my account 3 of the 4 maintenance had been done but she forgot to send me the receipts. She said the reason the other had not been done was the tenants had failed to return their calls. How do you thouroughly review 6 contracts and tell the customer 3 of the 4 had been done? Or that tenants failed to return calls when one home was my personal house and one was vacant requiring a call to me? She said she didn't contact me because she was not supposed to...What? I told Evelyn we were done-send me a refund. Now I received notice of 2 certified letters I am supposed to go to post office and stand in line to pick up. I requested the certified letters be re-delivered. The next day I got notice from post office that the 2 certified letters from N&M have postage due of $11.30. I am at a total loss what to do next. I am out $1100 and to find out what N&M Cool Today intends to do about it I am expected to take couple more hours out of my day and go to post office and pay out of my pocket even more money to get what? I started out this spring contacting Owners all over the Country and one in Ireland to convince them that having Cool Today service the AC units right before the summer and again right before the winter would be a wise decision. Now I have Owners that feel they have been robbed. And Rightly So...

Highly recommend this company for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. We ok forward to the next visit

Arrived in window of time, called 30 minutes early. Recommended more expensive system, which I declined. He installed his lowest end system, very professionan and clean. These are the guys I use.

I. showed up on time and went right to work. the reason I called for service was because the ac system began making a high pitched noise and the system did not seem to cool as it previously did. The repairman indicated that the filter I installed was restricting air flow which caused the noise.He replaced the filter and the problem disappeared. He also cleaned the drain system for the unit and otherwise checked the entire system.

N & M Cool today employees were professional,punctual and just plain nice starting with the original sales presentation through the installation and inspections. All of my questions were answered and scheduling the work was done quickly and without issues. The installation was completed by two installers within the time estimate. It has only been a couple of weeks, but so far I am happy with my new system.

Always thorough. Friendly and easy to work with. I trust their service people.

N & M Cool Today were very reasonable. They had a coupon they let us use and it was a Sunday, so they were very reasonable for a Sunday. It was a tenant situation and there was only one bathroom in the house so we had to get someone that day and they were the only ones available to do it on a Sunday. The guy was very personable and gave us a good price. He had to drive over an hour and didn't complain. At first I wasn't aware that they were so far away, typically I would use someone closer, but they did a great job so I would use them again.

The work went very well. The man who came was very knowledge, friendly, and did a good job.

The plumbing technician was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He ensured that the work areas were clean and neat when the jobs were completed. He took the time to explain what actions he was performing and asked if I had any questions. I was very satisfied with the work performed and felt that the price was reasonable.

I have had very good experience with them. I didn't really dislike anything; they showed up on time and the Installer explained everything, didn't try to tell me anything additional which is unusual. Usually when I have work done in the past like I recall they would stay around and took care of the problem that I had and didn't try to push anything else on me and I appreciated that. The work was done well so I'm so far happy with it.

Two fellows showed up. One did the work, the other fellow waited outside. The first thing the service guy did was promote service plans on how to save money in the future. He handed us a brochure about these services. Several types of service plans were offered going from 6.00 a month for an electrical agreement to 27.00 a month for an AC plan. If you sign up for their plans, you get "discounts" on future services and two annual maintenance visits plus additional stuff. We didn't want to hear all that on an initial repair job. It would have been better to have just been handed the brochure and let us read it. The fellow that did the job was very professional, arrived on time, and the job was quoted as 277.00. We thought that was high for what appeared to be a simple and easy job, and decided we were going to get another estimate. The gentleman then offered us a10% discount which is what one of their service plans would offer if we signed up, which brought the repair down to 250.00. Still too high in our opinion. But we decided to go ahead with the service repair any way. The service was performed satisfactorily, we just will get more estimates next time before choosing a company to do the job.

Everything done on schedule and according to agreement. Staff very cooperative and helpful. A first rate experience.

N&M was extremely professional and courteous. They provided us several options for repairs or replacements and walked us through each scenario describing the pros/cons. We worked with Jimmy, and he is very experienced and extremely thorough. I have complete confidence in their work and would recommend them without hesitation. If I could give an "A+" rating, I would.

From top to bottom, service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them.

PLUMBING TODAY WAS PART OF THE " N&M COOL TODAY" GROUP OF SPECIAILTIES. "DAN" WAS UNDERSTANDABLE AND BELIEVABLE, SINCERE PERSON TO HELP ME ARRIVE AT MY CHOICES. HE EVEN WORKED IN THE RAIN WHERE POSSIBLE.

Campbell Plumbing was on time and very professional in performing the work. Their work was clean and they did not leave any debris. They explain how everything worked after they were finished and made sure everything was working properly before they left. However,a week after they installed the shower combo I heard a leak behind the wall in one of the baths. I called and they immediately came back and fixed the leak at no cost.

Great - the service tech was friendly and found the problem quickly and resolved it with minimal expense! Best A/C repair I have every had!
