Kerry did an excellent job. Explained what he was going to do and asked it I had an concerns. Did a minor repair due to the loud noise I hear when the unit turns on and even got all the leaves out of the unit. I will keep using this company

Outstanding job. Tech was punctual and friendly. Very effecient and competent and offered suggestions on how to make our unit more effecient and healthy. We have had Cool Today for several years and we have found them to be the most competent and reasonably priced for service.

Jose did an excellent job. He was able to answers my questions. Also, was very kind and had a pleasing personality.

Called and spoke to a very nice woman but no one ever called me back.

The work went well and was completed in a timely manner. James explained what work he had completed and the condition of the faucets and said that I would need to replace the whole system in the near future. He also explained that the price charged for the work was set by the industry and that the companies had to comply with their prices. Except for the price being too high, everything else went smoothly and I am pleased with the work done. Would hire them again; in fact I have a yearly contract with them for plumbing.

Excellent! Received a text from company with repairman's name and photo. He arrived promptly. He quickly located the problem, replaced the GFCI outlet. Tested everything and was done quickly. Very friendly and professional.

Did not want to spend money of course but Jason right on time and right to the point on what needed to be done and price options. Had equipment on board and changed it in no time. This company is very reliable and trustworthy.

After calling in the morning for an appointment and they scheduled me for the hours between noontime and 6pm. I waited 6hours then received a call at 5:40pm. from the technician-Daniel saying he wouldn’t be there until 8:30 pm. then quoted me a price of $450.00/$500.00 for replacement of existing fixtures one pendant light in my master bathroom and ceiling fan in my spare bedroom and probably wouldn’t be finished until 10:30pm. I said I would have called another company if I had known this! Poor Business practice! Stay clear of this Electric Company.

Very good the leak was found and repaired I was very happy with the service done I have used company before. They put in our air conditioner & Hot water tank.

It is a heat pump defrosting process due to the low temperature in the area. Brian changed the defrost cycle time and explained why it had happened.

Gave me a ridiculous quote and said my pipes were also leaking so the entire jacuzzi tub would have to be lifted with the possibility of cracking it and having to replace it at a contract price of $4000.00. Hired another plumber who was able to complete the work for $400, did not ever mention having to lift the tub and found no leaks. 😡

Technician Andrew Towner rapidly diagnosed the problem and effected a repair. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He also took care to wear a mask and maintain social distancing because of the Coronavirus pandemic.

They were excellent. They were very professional, they put on foot covers on before they come in the door. Very thorough.

Exceptional! Service Rep came for 2nd opinion on whether our 6-yr old compressor needed to be replaced. He found it unnecessary and replaced a blown capacitor in a few minutes and had our a/c running before he left. We learned a lot from Dan and Cool Today will be our Go-To for all HVAC work in the future. They just earned a new forever client.
