Description of Work: our 8 year old AC was rusting out. we have 3 different companies give us quotes. N&M had the best price. They also mentioned because we have a super insulated attic there is a formula for figuring out the size AC unit needed. No other company mentioned this. They were able to come within 2 days and replaced the entire system.

Description of Work: This is a rental property and tennants called saying there was a leak under the sink. I drove 132 miles to meet the plumber at the property only to discover the plastic ring that tightens the sink to the goose neck was SLIGHTLY loose. The leak turned out to be a drip every minute. But the company was prompt, courteous and punctual.
