Emilio and his son were prepared, professional and punctual. They emptied and cleaned my in ground pool within a few hours. It was a dark green and filled with tadpoles when they arrived and it was sparkling when they left. Their prices are reasonable and they are polite and dependable. I purchased a Jandy JXI 400 from Cool Breeze Pools and had them install it. When I called for an estimate I spoke to Emilio the owner and person who would be doing the work. He was very good at explaining the difference between a gas vs electric pool heater which made it easier for me to decide which one was right for me. He provided details in his estimate that no one else did such as the cost of a gas regulator if one was needed. The day of the job he text me that he was on the way and showed up on time. Once he started the work he determined that a new pad would be needed which wasn't easy to get on a Saturday. He was very resourceful and found an ac distributor to get one. I received a text when he had it and was on his way back. I have had issues with poor work being done on my house in the past so I watched the whole process of the installation from start to finish. Every step was done with quality, safety and my interests in mind. He found gas leaks at both the regulator connection by the heater and the gas tank. He found a gas connector that wasn't installed properly and replaced it. He pressure checked the heater. The electrical, gas and pool line installation look fantastic. He does both gas and electrical which is another reason I selected Cool Breeze. I have heard of other home owners who had to get gas and electrical done separately which adds to the cost. The heater comes with a 2 year parts and 1 year labor but Emilio is adding another year to the labor if we use him. This was by far the best experience I have had getting something done at my home in the 18 years I have lived here. I would recommend Cool Breeze Pools to anyone in need of pool services.

I am delighted to write a review to recommend Mr. Gatti of Cool Breeze Pools. He has done two projects for me and I could not be more pleased. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He analyzed the situation and solved the problems in short order. On another occasion, he encountered a complex problem and communicated directly with the manufacturer to make the repair. His pricing structure is very fair and most importantly, I can unequivocally trust him. Trust is extremely important to me when repairs are needed. It is comforting to find a pool repair person that I can fully rely upon. 6:40 PM

He did a fantastic job. If I could give him an A+ I would have. He arrived promptly and was very neat in his work. He left nothing to clean up. He patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions. Even though he had to use more pipe than anticipated, he still kept the price at what he had quoted me. He also repaired a leak in a pipe that he did not install. He offered suggestions about how to keep our electric costs even lower. A great experience and I will be a repeat customer when other items are needed.

Fantastic. Called number and expected an answering machine. This was a Sunday. Was answered after a couple of rings by a person, Emilia and told him that we had replaced it 7 years ago but, the company had been sold. He said he would take a look at it and offered several options if not able to repair. Replacement of pump and housing would be a little more expensive than 7 years prior. $450 verses $300. With several other options up to $1,350. We set appointment for 9 AM. He sent text next day that he was at the warehouse and would arrive at approximately at 8:30. Sent another text when his eta was 10 minutes out. Arrive 9 minutes later. Examined pump. Not only were the bearings shot, but the shaft was twisted. Showed and explained in detail. As we had suffered several low water levels and a warning not from our pool guy was not surprised by the damage. Was fixed new pump installed within an hour and new seals and washers installed all for the quote of $450.

They are an A+++++ you could not get better always on time every week and they do a great job the pool always looks beautiful and very clean. And when I am away for longs periods of time if there is a problem Emillo will call me and let me know and get it fixed right away. I could not ask for a better company . It is a family business and they are all great

Emilio showed up early, was very professionl had a vary fair price and even went the extra mile and repaired an issue that came up unexpectedly for next to nothing. I would definitely use him again.

Above and beyond my expectations. Mr Gatti returned every my email and phone call in a timely manner. He didn't try and sell me a new pump.-Instead offered his own suggestions how to fix my pump before having to replace it with a new one. When he arrived he still tried to fix the old one before having to install the new Hayward. After the install he called me an hour later. He investigated further and explained why I was getting the error messages on the old pump. Emilio Gatti personality and deminer is positive and friendly.I certinitlly recommend for any service or repair needed.

Fantastic, was given general information on what various surfaces are and how long they might last if applied correctly from an applicator with a good reputation. Very helpful, since this company sees the surfaces a lot in performing pool cleanings. Breath of fresh air type of advice, very nice company. Would consider hiring them after I get the new surface in, in order to keep the chemicals up correctly.

I have been using Cool Breeze Pools since August of 2006 and I will never use any other again. I have had several services prior to Cool Breeze and none are as professional, courteous, fair or responsive as Cool Breeze Pools. Emilio is an absolute joy to work with no matter the need. He takes care of my weekly pool maintenance and servicing without fail and consistently. He has also performed all repair work as needed and over the years has done the work to replace the, pool cleaner, DE Filter Assembly, Pool Pump, Salt System Generator, the pool light and found and repaired a pool leak. Emilio always goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done correctly and with a sense of urgency and always provides advice on the best alternatives. There is no one better in the business. Mike

I chose Cool Breeze Pools because of the positive reviews. I called Emilio and told him the problem I was having with my pool pump. He asked me to send him some pics. He quickly texted the cost of the new pump insralled. The price was very fair, so we set an appointment for the job a few days later. Emilio confirmed the appointment the day before. On the day of the install, Emilio showed up on time, and was able to install the pump and gaskets in less than an hour. He also fixed a leak and advised me that my filter should be changed out due to a high psi reading. (After changing the filter the psi is now less then half it was before) I am very pleased with the work that was done and Emilio's professional manner and responsiveness was very much appreciated.

Everything exceed my expectations and I would recommend this company to anyone needing pool service.
