Description of Work: Our motor died in the midst of a pandemic and our usual pool pro was unresponsive. So, I started researching and found Emilio. Boy am I glad I did!!! It’s such a blessing to find someone who is both an expert and trustworthy. We will definitely be hiring Emilio again! Emilio did his best to get us a pump the day I called, but the price I found online was less than his cost so we went that direction. My husband and I both appreciated Emilio’s willingness to install a pump we purchased elsewhere and support of that decision. Emilio texted this am when he was 20 minutes out and arrived early. He fixed several other issues with our pool, including balancing the pump properly. We both feel we’re in great shape with the pool after Emilio had his eyes and hands on it. Thank you Emilio!! We’re both thrilled to have found you!!

Description of Work: He comes and cleans my pool faithfully every week always on time and checks everythin,water level and chemicals and cleans it. He is most professional person to work with andvery caring and very honest and not just there to sell you parts or new pumps when you really do not need them. The best thing about cool breeze pools is that I live in Il. Also and he calls me if he has any problems with the pool. Luck has it with him caring for my pool I have not had any problems with the pool, but one day I get a call from Emillio and he tells me that I have a light misty spray coming from one of my pipes on the side of my home that is need of repair and I was loosing water . I asked him what I needed to do and he stated a plumber may be needed but no he said he would fix it for me for a fee that was very resonable, I felt the pressure lift off me and I could not thank him enough, I live 1300 miles away and to feel that safe with him makes life away much easier. I would not have anyone else but cool breeze work on my pool. His helper is also very professional and very nice. I give cool breeze an A+++++

+ -1 moreCame home from work to see a rupture in one of the pool pipes. Lost up to 6 inches from the water line. Next day (Saturday) I called a number of pool service men to do the job on this day. Had a major sense of urgency. Did not have much luck until I reached Emilio (the owner of Cool Breeze Pool) and he said he would be over after he finished a local job. Without fail, he shows up, assesses the job and says he will look after it. He notices the platform is not straight and asked if I minded he straighten it out at no additional cost. He said he was a perfectionist - I don't know about you, but when I hear that line from a contractor, it is music to my ears. I said, "Go right ahead." He went about correcting the wrongs of prior service technicians and got the pump working to how it should work. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, honesty and quality of work. I am considering putting in a gas heater for the pool and will call Emilio once we decide to do it. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Emilio. Cheers, Mario

+ -1 moreWorking with Emilio at cool breeze pool service was a pleasure. I wasn't sure if I had the required 240 vac power to run a heat pump. Emilio verified I would need an additional line run from my breaker box. After I had the line run Emilio gave me some options and recommendations on heat pumps along with pricing. I have done a lot of research and Emilio's pricing was the best. After agreeing on the AquaTropical T135 and the install cost He came to my house on a Saturday and did the install. The install was quick and very professional. Emilio knows his business. He went through the operation of the heat pump and warranty information very clearly. I would highly recommend if you need pool or spa repairs or upgrades give Emilio a call first.

+ -1 moreUsually I don't always go with the lowest price, but read reviews and decided to go with Cool Breeze. Emilio was very prompt in returning calls and emails. Arrived on time, very professional and did the job perfectly. Also spent time explaining what the service was and made sure we were happy with the work. Will use them again for sure.
Description of Work: I needed a new heater for my spa. I contacted several companies but Cool Breeze had the lowest price for both parts and labor.

+ -1 moreContacted them over email to get a quote and then met him at his warehouse to pick up the parts. No issues and he's a certified dealer of Hayward products (checked Hayward's website) so there were no concerns with them honoring the warranty should I have issues (haven't so far).
Description of Work: I purchased some Hayward automation system components and a variable speed pump from Coolbreeze. His prices were the best I could find locally, almost as good as online pricing. I installed the items myself so my experience with Coolbreeze is limited to buying parts. I would recommend Coolbreeze for parts over the local pool stores if you are a do it yourself-er.

I had fired two other pool cleaning services before I found Cool Breeze and have been happy ever since. Emilio with Cool Breeze continues to deliver quality pool care. He is always on top of things and communicates with me whenever there is something that needs attention regarding my pool. He is so responsive to my requests and even came out on a holiday one time to do an emergency repair.
Description of Work: Cool Breeze is my pool cleaning, maintenance, and repairs provider. The price listed reflects my monthly service which is for a pool that is not enclosed.
