Continental Glass

Stay away from this company. They came to change out the wheels on the sliding glass door. It didn’t work and the repairman were extremely unprofessional and rude. Since they couldn’t repair the door with the new wheels they were providing they put back my old wheels and now the door won’t even open.They said they would talk to the owner and now they don’t even pick up my phone calls. There is no voicemail. This is a horrible company with extremely bad customer service.

It was a horrible experience. The glass was broken by a neighbor who offered to pay for the repair. This company was called to do the service. On the day of service the installer was extremely rude and unprofessional, he installed the glass as quickly as he could and the work performed showed it. The sealant used was missing spots in certain areas and there was a trim that was around the original glass that he only replaced one of the four and that cracked in a few days later.

Very responsive and worked around my work schedule. When the right rollers were not available they came back and completed the job. My sliding glass doors now work perfectly. Service man was friendly and personable, despite it being a rainy day. Office staff all were very professional as well.

Jamie answered the phone when I called Continental Glass and was efficient and professional. She quickly understood my problem and scheduled a time for Tony to come out and determine whether or not my existing door was repairable. Tony showed up on time and quickly determined that my 40 year old door could not be fixed. That did not surprise me. I called the office again and talked with Pat, the inside sales representative, and made an appointment to go in, pick out the door my wife wanted and place the order. The visit was pleasant and handled efficiently. We placed the order and was told that the policy was to make full payment at that time. I was not real comfortable with the policy but felt like I was dealing with reputable folks who had been in business a long time so I didn't press the issue and it all turned out well. I was then told it would take two to three weeks for the manufacturer to deliver the door. That didn't exactly thrill me either but it all worked out. At the appointed time Tony and Jerry came out and did a heck of a job installing the door. They were pleasant, friendly and efficient. Everything considered I was very pleased with the experience.

The two men were sent out to give me an estimate, but were able to perform the work the same day. This was great since our house was going on the market in a few days. They couldn't have been nicer and did an excellent job.

Called 4 places to get estimates for replacing a piece of broken tempered glass for the front door of my business. Person answering the phone was very knowledgeable about the size and type of glass needed. They were the lowest estimate by $60.00 and had the glass in stock. Installer knew what he was doing and cleaned up well after his work. A real professional outfit!

Several other window and handyman companies looked at both of these windows and told me they would have to be replaced. But these guys came out and fixed in in no time. The window that would not stay closed only took 2 minutes to fix and he did not charge me for it. I have been very pleased with their work and the service I have received.

THE COMPANY IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY REMOVED THE BROKEN GLASS FROM BOTH THE INSIDE AND OUT. THEN THEY REPLACED THE BROKEN WINDOW. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK AS PROMISED AND IN A TIMELY FASHION.

CLEAN AND HARD WORKING EMPLOYEE WHO WENT RIGHT TO WORK, AND TOOK FEW BREAKS, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS VERY HOT THAT DAY. GOOD CLEAN-UP TECHNIQUE. WORK WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
