+ -1 moreThe service was very good and even though they had to come back to my house 3 times, they did, and the work was performed under the 30 day warranty at no additional charge. They were very responsive and on time. I would recommend them any time PC service is needed.
Description of Work: 1st service = transferred files from old desk top PC to a new Dell laptop and set up my laptop on desk. 2nd service = got my printer connected and set several defaults on my laptop. 3rd service = Configuration of printer, DSL, laptop connections was changed due to issues and changes made to email configuration.

+ -1 moreMY HUSBAND TOOK THE COMPUTER IN. EVERYTHING DID SEEM TO BE OKAY WHEN THE COMPUTER WAS BROUGHT BACK. THERE WAS NO CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER THE WARRANTY.
Description of Work: IT WAS DAMAGED, AND THEY REPAIRED THE COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreTHE ONLY THING WAS THAT I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR A WHILE, BUT ONCE I GOT THERE THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE. THEY ASKED QUESTIONS PLUS THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTION. THEY TOOK ME RIGHT OVER TO CASH OUT, AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO STAND IN ANOTHER LINE.
Description of Work: THEY REFORMATTED A HARD DRIVE AND REINSTALLED THE SYSTEM SOFTWARE.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A FINE EXPERIENCE. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. EVERYTHING WORKS. WHEN YOU RUN A BUSINESS OUT OF THE HOME IT HAS TO WORK, AND IT WAS A SITUATION WHERE WE WERE DOWN AND THEY PUT OUR COMPUTER TOGETHER AND SO FORTH.
Description of Work: THEY WERE BASICALLY SETTING US ALL UP WITH NEW COMPUTERS. OUR OTHER COMPUTER CRASHED. OUR COMPUTER CRASHED, AND THEY SET US UP WITH A NEW CUSTOM COMPUTER THEN SENT OUR A TECHNICIAN TO SET UP A ROUTER AND ALL THAT FUN STUFF.

+ -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE WAS PROMPT AND VERY EFFICIENT. HE WALKED MY HUSBAND AND I THROUGH EACH STEP OF WHAT HE DID SO THAT WE COULD UNDERSTAND THE NETWORK BETTER.
Description of Work: COMPUSA CAME TO THE HOUSE TO SET UP OUR WIRELESS NETWORK. THE NETWORK CONSISTS OF THE CHILDREN'S COMPUTER, MY PERSONAL COMPUTER AND OUR LAPTOP COMPUTER AS WELL AS TYING IN OUR PRINTER, DIGITAL CAMERA AND SCANNER.

+ -1 moreI DECIDED TO HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED, AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 24 HOURS TO COMPLETE. I LEFT MY COMPUTER WITH THEM, AND WAS CALLED 2 HOURS LATER WHEN THE COMPUTER WAS FINISH. I WAS HAPPY, BECAUSE THIS COMPUTER WAS FOR MY BUSINESS.
