Chris was the absolute most thorough, detailed and respectful air condition repairman I've ever had in 20 years owning a home in Florida!!! I've always had the bigger companies service my AC, and they never got to the root of why my drain line kept clogging. After it clogging again just 2 months after it being "serviced" I knew I had to look elsewhere. So I call Chris at HVAC Maintenance & Service and he comes out and finds 5 different issues that should've been taken care of years ago (drain piping improperly installed as it was not angled down enough, a faulty shut-off sensor that was literally just replaced by the other company on their last visit but they never tested to ensure it worked, outside drain outlet cover was too small, coils hadn't been thoroughly cleaned like they should, a preventive tablet should be placed to breakdown sludge before it reaches the drain line). His attention to detail was second to none and opened my eyes to everything an honest and reputable company should be looking for to truly keep your AC running smoothly for years, along with pointing out simple preventative things I can do myself to keep it that way. Not looking for "repeat business", but instead taking care of ALL the issues at one time so they don't need to come back over and over again. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE I know that owns a home or business!!!
