College Hunks Hauling Junk & College Hunks Moving

One boy smoked pot in my bathroom- the whole place reeked. Both left muddy boot prints in the carpet, stains on the walls, gauges in the drywall, and a hole in my new mattress. They refused to move my treadmill downstairs, so I now have to hire someone else to do that. The whole experience was terrible. I’m shocked because they were impressive the last time they were here, but I’ll never use them again.

Excellent! Josh and Ricky arrived ahead of schedule, walked me through the process, and after completing the paperwork they went to work! Both guys were friendly, courteous, and respectful of my belongings. They treated my items with extraordinary care, more than I would have done if moving it myself. They placed my things in the house exactly where I wanted them! Easiest move ever, and no damage to anything. Great job Josh and Ricky!!!

We were very excited to work with this business since I have had good experience with their junk hauling in the past. However, they failed badly with this move. The manager who estimated the job wildly under-quoted the hours and price of the move. Initial move estimate was about 5 hours, 2 men and about $800. The move ended up taking 12 hours, the total cost was almost $2,000 and the job was not truly finished (boxes were not placed in the house but left in the garage). The business did not offer any adjustments based on their mistake though it was requested. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot recommend them to others. Junk hauling may be fine but don't use them for a move.

Sean and Malcolm were polite, professional and asked if they were moving the right stuff. I was happy that I chose this company. They were excellent from beginning to end.

In the past they hauled away some unwanted items with no problem no paperwork . But this time ..moving stuff from a house the process seemed straightforward, I signed all the papers they put in front of me including a liability Waiver no additional insurance .thinking that they had general liability insurance which would cover my stuff .. Then they damaged my television set during the move ... and offered me $50 for replacement of the 65 inch screen new television set after 2 weeks of run around. I should have just moved it without them because it would have been less stressful.

They showed up on time, gave a fair price and hauled everything away.

Went very well. The men very courteous and upfront about the pricing structure. They took the time to make sure no damage occurred while they were carrying things out.

Initial contact with franchise owner Jeff Sexton was pleasant and professional. He said he'd have his crew at my house and they were there on time as promised. I received a phone call in advance to let me know they were on their way. The two men that came to do the work were neatly dressed in the company's distinctive uniform. They were professional and polite. I showed them the items that I needed to have removed. (There was a price estimator on the company's website, so I had an idea of how much they'd charge me.) They quoted me a price based upon how much space my items would take up in their truck. After accepting their price, they promptly moved the items out to their truck. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

The guys showed up on time and did the job fast. They were very friendly. I would definitely call them again.

Everything went smoothly, they were careful moving furniture and flexible with the job. Highly recommend.

They took 2/3's of a truck load from our office of all of the stuff we had to get out of here. Two guys showed up and loaded everything in about 15 minutes. Although, it is a bit expensive, we were on a deadline to have our office space ready to be moved into. I would use this service again, as they take just about everything, and try to recycle what can be recycled, in addition to donating charities.

They were quick and efficient and punctual. Very mannerly gentlemen who no matter the item transferred each piece out of the house rapid fast. I was still able to make it to work afterwards and they cleaned up after themselves. Every task was done in record time and the calls to setup/confirm in advance of their arrival were quite professional and definitely appreciated (totally forgot my appt by the time the date came!!!); thank God they provide appointment reminders.

They were careful moving our things and were not scary looking men. I think they could have stacked the storage unit better and more efficiently. I had to rent a 2nd smaller unit. I want to restock it myself. The garage clean up was a total disaster! They didn't want to lift and remove much at all. The truck was already 1/3 filled but I was charged for a full load. When I complained to a supervisor, she wanted them to return to finish the job but the mgr of the team said his truck broke down. He tried to over charge me for 3 men when only 2 worked because the 3rd one was supposed to clean the garage. The garage never got cleaned out.

Mr. Ansari came when scheduled and provided careful and courteous service. I recommend his company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

It was truly the stress-free move they advertise. This was not my first rodeo and I have to tell you, I actually had fun. Not something I could say about any of my previous moves. The two young men were professional, organized, efficient, personable and experienced. Even though they were probably not thrilled to move a portable spa, they took it in stride. The great customer service started with my phone call to the 800 number, continued with Johnny's visit to quote the job and the guys' personal attention to details on the job. I will call them again (probably much to their chagrin) when I finally move to my new home.

I made the appointment online, to save $10. i called the next morning to reschedule to later in the same day. Johnny called to confirm the appointment. They were scheduled to show up between noon and 2pm, and they arrived at 12:25. The two guys were very courteous and polite gave me a no-obligation estimate. I accepted and they got to work. They completely filled the truck with my items, gave me my Goodwill donation form, and we were done by 1:00. I was very please with their work and I would use them again.

It didn't go...never heard from them.

They arrived when they were supposed to, cleaned up the entire mess left by the contractor and even swept up the driveway before they left. The young men were properly dressed and presented a polite and professional manner in doing the job.
