Terrible. The carpet removal was OK, so I thought. Although he told me on the phone that he would clean-up, I had to press him to get him to go back and scrape up padding that was still stuck in glue. After he finished I discovered he had broken all of the tiles in the threshold to my bathroom. He said he would come back and replace them, that I could just go find something compatible and he'd do the work! The scraper (electric) also knocked holes in my terrazzo everyplace that there had been a carpet tack. He was to return to install a door, which he kept putting me off on, tho he did pick it up from the store for me. He came over and tried to install it, after much banging I poked my head out - he told me it couldn't be installed to swing in so he had turned it around!! The window in the door would now open from the outside! He said he ran out of time and would come back to finish, because he couldn't get it to close right. I found someone else who removed and turned the door around.
