It basically went well but took a little longer than they had planned. However, this was probably due to the fact that I had so much stuff that they had not planned for.

I had a bad experience dealing with them. They were suppose to arrive between 2 and 12 to pick up my furniture and they didn't arrive until 4. They never call me for an arrival day so I had to keep calling them back. It was a lot of work and then when they finally got here they open the truck, they started bringing in someone else stuff that wasn't mine. They open like the side of the truck and I could see stuff just piled high stuff thrown in there on top of things. It's just mixed up stuff. They brought my bed in but they never attached the head board. It was not good at all.

it went horrible, they had called on saturday oct 30 and said they would be here on monday, nothing, i called tues, wed, thurs, finally thurs evening they said they would be here at 8 am on the 4th of nov. was busy unloading and then he checked off the list without looking to see if all was here i guess i didn't either, i asked if that was all and he said yes. he also said his friend from tampa was who was helping him, does he work for the company?? then i discovered all my personal files are missing along with pictures, collectables and my sons things also. i have tax papers, car title, deed to house and all important papers they had told me to box up which i did. just wondering how it was marked and said file things, so is it inside job. really upset and when i call they never respond to my call, always get answer machine for lacey in customer service and evendoesn't respond to e mail letters either.

My furniture arrived on time, the movers curteous and polite overall.

John Brennan was an excellent sales person. He gave us thoughtful hints that saved us money and helped us with the move that we had not thought of, volunteered supplies such as used boxes to help us with packing. Evan and Carlos, the workers, were very attentive and careful with all of the items. They came on time and accomplished the job much quicker than we anticipated. Everyone we had contact with was very professional. It was a very good experience.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING. EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF VERY WELL. BELIEVE ME YOU CAN'T SAY THAT ABOUT MOST MOVING COMPANIES.

ID GIVE THIS COMPANY A A PLUS BECAUSE OF THE STORAGE OF THE FURNITURE AND THE LONG DISTANE OF THE TRAVELING OF THE FURNITURE. THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF OUR FURNITURE.
