Buying a house is very stressful and having a complement building inspector reduces the stress greatly, so Jason Dorman is the man you want!! Jason is very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with you if you have questions. Jason worked steadily throughout the day to complete the inspection on time. Stopping to show you the important items that you needed to be informed about. The reports came at 6:55am the morning Jason said they would, very organized and prioritized. We had an awesome experience recently with a 4-point inspection for homeowners insurance purposes. Noah Wetzel came to the house and was in and out within 45 minutes. Noah was very professional and knowledgeable about the items to be inspected. The final report was made available to us online the same day. We would highly recommend using CFBI for all your inspection needs.

He was very polite and efficient. Although we didn’t get any discount for the inspection on our homeowners insurance, he performed the inspection very professionally. It would have been nice to get a few suggestions for more wind mitigation areas to improve on to receive more credit on the insurance.

Highly recommended! CFBI conducted an unusually comprehensive and highly competent inspection of several properties I offered on in my 4-month search for a house in a very tight market. I was saved from buying a home with termite damage which would’ve cost tens of thousands to remediate, and ultimately purchased a home in good shape with a few issues to remediate CFBI identified. Excellent customer service. CFBI coordinated schedules with the builder and provided required documentation. Eric, our inspector, was extremely thorough and provided the complete inspection report the same day! The detailed report contained pictures of every defect that we provided to the builder. I've used many inspection companies in the past, ERIC and CFBI were by far the best; I highly recommend them without hesitation.

His inspections actually found things that saved us a lot of $$$$$$$$ in negotiations with the seller and prevented future problems down the road.
