+ 0 moreWe have been customers of this company for over 20 years. FIRST CLASS customer service. Joel, John, Lisa, Bob and all of the team make us feel like family. On time and if they are running a little late give you the courtesy of an advance call. Most companies do not respect your time...they do! Today Edwin and Johnny were on-time and took care of corrections to our system immediately. They were professional, friendly and took time to explain what was happening with our system. Edwin and Johnny...You ROCK! THANK YOU! We don't usually take time to do reviews but they are well worth it!

+ -1 moreI had an existing alarm system that was installed when the house was built in 2005. I wanted to add some features to the system and get it monitored. They came out to my home and looked at the current system. They gave me an estimate based on what I wanted added to the system without pressuring me into anything I was not wanting. They had to replace the central control panel and the keypad because they did not work with their systems. When I later signed the paperwork, they were able to set an install date for me about a week later. The install technician was on time, very friendly, and performed the install within the estimated time frame. They had a little bit of trouble installing the garage door sensor into my wifi network, but that was because the installer had not done one before. He was able to talk to their tech support team and get the issue resolved quickly.
