When I called i was told it would be about a week before they could come out. They sent email and also texted me to remind me of the appointment and to let me know when the technician was on his way which was great. It took about 1 hour for the tech to fix the problem. A few days later I had another problem similar, but it was not the gfi outlet, but a loose wire that controlled another section of lights in my home. It took them a few days before being able to come out but the tech found the problem and was about to fix it in 1 hour.

We have used CDW on two occasions. The first time to fix a power loss in an area of the house that was due to what turned out to be a bad outlet causing a breaker to throw. We couldn't find the breaker. Jeff and Austin discovered that we had a second breaker box that we did not previously know about. Once the breaker could be managed they quickly identified the problem and corrected it. The second time we used CDW, Jeff and Austin replaced old under the cabinet florescent lights with new LED fixtures, added outdoor outlets to several locations, replaced a standard outdoor light with a motion controlled LED, replaced an outdoor breaker box for the pool system and other similar jobs. They arrived when scheduled and worked quickly. They were both very professional. The final cost was right within the estimate.

As expected, it went perfectly fine.
