Our community has an ornate standardized mailbox that costs hundreds of dollars to replace. Frank is known around the neighborhood as the guy that can refurbish them to like new for a fraction of the cost of a new one. He cleans them down, fixes any damage, primes, and repaints them. Then he replaces any of the worn out parts (exactly matching the original numbers, colors, and styles) and make it look and function like new. He has an excellent reputation around the neighborhood for doing all kinds of renovation and handyman work. He's an asset to our community for helping owners maintaing their property values and I recommend his work to anyone needing it.

I used their services to paint my house. I used them to repair and paint my deck. I have used them to do some interior painting. I used them for a roof repair. I have used them a numerous times. I like the fact that they are very prompt. They give you a quote and they stick to the quote. If something turns up that does not allow them to stick to the quote they let you know before they continue on. I have had an instance where we had some problems with a door that was painted and it bubbled up. The most interesting thing is that the guy came to collect a check from me and I heard the doorbell ring, I came to the door and he was already on his hands and knees scrapping the door. He said that I am awfully sorry, I see that the door had a problem and I will fix it. They are very conscious. They are very good as far as I am concerned.

The service was excellent. I could not have been more pleased. C & F was referred by a friend. I gave them a call and they came out to the house, measured everything and said they would have an estimate for me in a day or so. The next day I got the estimate and a detailed explanation of the entire process with a timeline. They began work on the house right on time. Both men that worked on the job were very professional and courteous. They kept the work area clean. Every night everything was picked up. The job was completed on time. C & F was very concerned that I make a thorough inspection of the house, at my leisure, and they would fix anything that was not done to my satisfaction. What impressed me most about the whole experience was that the gentleman from C & F stopped by to pick up my check to complete payment. When I opened the door, there he was, down on his knees, inspecting the front door. He saw a flaw that I missed. C & F came out several days later and stripped and reprinted the door. I found C & F to be the best contractor that I've used in the forty plus years that I've been a home owner. I recommend them highly.
