Description of Work: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. He came and treated the house to prevent bugs. He said the product was organic/non-toxic which was great. Any bug intruders who tried to enter my house died quickly. Just what I wanted.

Description of Work: We needed our house to be treated for fleas and ticks when we moved out of a rental, in accordance with the lease. Byrne scheduled an appointment with us for the afternoon of the day that we were having the carpets cleaned. They had a few minutes available early, and called to ask whether they could do the treatment at 1:00 PM instead of at 3:00, and I agreed. My fault, I got to the house a few minutes late, but they were there, ready to get the job done. No negatives about my being late. Service with a smile, done quickly, efficiently and professionally. They provided me with the documentation that I needed to provide to my landlord's agent and were incredibly nice about giving us the discount offered through Angie's List. I highly recommend this company - it is owned by a father/son team, and they understand customer service.

Description of Work: Wow, he actually answered on the first call! So many services never return a call, let alone answer on the initial call! Joe was very personable, courteous, professional & patient. He answered all of our questions, was prompt in arriving at the appointed time and did a thorough job. + -1 moreI initially called in to have them look for a potential wasp nest being built in my attic. I had heard an occasional buzzing coming from the ceiling and had noticed wasps flying in and out of the roof area. They took a look around and determined the wasps were no longer there which was a definite plus! Apparently wasps are able to squeeze in just about anywhere, not just when you have a small hole between the roof soffiting. They used an electrical fogger to zap anything remaining in the attic and then proceeded to treat the outside areas. They also treated inside areas for free. Good deal!
Description of Work: Joe and his son were very meticulous in spraying for pests on the inside and outside house areas, even including my detached garage.

+ -1 moreVery well. Joe Byrne Jr. and Joe Byne Sr. both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They performed their work quickly and efficiently. One very big plus, I have a wooden fence and Joe Jr. said he saw some sign of it having been chewed on a little in one spot, so he went ahead and treated around the bottom of the entire fence! That is service plus! Also, they had a 25% coupon which helped with the price!
Description of Work: Provided subterranean termite exterminating service using Termidor. Drilled through concrete slab where necessary to reach under the house to spray, otherwise pulled back dirt to expose foundation and sprayed under house, at about 1 foot intervals all around house. Plugged holes where drilled with concrete.
