Had these people for lawn service for quite a few years and it continued to go down hill year after year. Then the owner started this HOA maintenance plan which was separate from the yard work to include pressure washing, weed and feeding along with tree trimming and other work around the property. This was a separate charge from the lawn service which he automatically took out every month. Months would go by and they never came out and still charged my account. I finally cancelled my service and they still took the money out of my account. I had to call my credit card up and tell them to stop payment and put the money back and they did. This company should be shut down. They are crooks

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Read the real reviews! This company will take your money without rendering any services, and you are left with no way to contact them to resolve, or even cancel services. In the meantime, you keep getting invoices as if they are actually providing services. I am going to put as much effort into helping others avoid this company as I have into trying to contact someone on their end. We’re going on a month now with no response. Only automated responses that get you nowhere and even more frustrated.

Avoid at all costs; BW Property Management Group and Solomon Williams (the company owner) are pitfalls of unprofessional and mediocre quality that do not respond to any form of communication unless you are a squeaky enough wheel. The service person from this company damaged the aluminum siding of my patio, didn't own up to their mistake (or even ring a doorbell or send a text to let us know that the damage had occurred), and I am still in the process of seeking resolution and restitution today. This was almost one month ago. Despite some sort of pervasive issues preventing Mr. Williams et al from responding to any and all attempts at communication, however, BW had no difficulty in sending another person to service my lawn at what would have been the next scheduled time after the damage occurred. The headache of this man and his company are not remotely worth whatever savings you perceive you may get.

BW is a great company if you are looking to cut your budget. They came highly recommended by our HOA and so far we love them.

I just switched to BW for my lawn care after losing my job and could no longer afford to pay premium prices for lawn care with my prior lawn service company. But after seeing the work they do I may keep them even after I regain employment. I'm very happy with the two lawn services thus far.

I love this company! Although they only market the lawn service they actually do everything! I love it love it love it! I just had my home painted and it's absolutely gorgeous. I enjoy all the services they provide and would highly recommend.

I've known the CEO of BW for more than 20years. Great guy and you can never go wrong when working with a man of integrity. That alone is why we use BW and will continue to do so for years to come

As the HOA President we decided to hire BW after several years of having them service many of our community members. Prior to becoming our HOA lawn care company they were servicing nearly 80 homes in our community. After discussing a new agreement with BW they are now servicing all 125 homes in our community and have continued to provide great worksmanship. We started out with just lawn care but we now enjoy using BW for maid service and pressure cleaning. Great company with awesome prices.

I'm actually one of the ones that had a bad experience at first which turned out to be one of the greatest experiences I've had with a company. I loved the way the founder worked with me to resolve my issues and showed that he is truly not concerned with making huge profits vs caring more for the client. They replaced my sliding glass door after a rock hit the window the same day. That says a lot for me especially when other companies usually put the fault on the client for having items in the yard.

Good service at an awesome price. The team is well respected in my community and has always done great work based on the feedback from others at our HOA meetings. Thank you BW and we wish you must success in 2021 during these very difficult times.

It's not very often these days that you can find someone that is reliable! But for the last 4 years BW has proven to me that they really do want to provide great service to me and my neighbors. We are happy with the work that they do and will highly recommend the if they are ever in your area.

I'm an old client of BW and have been receiving lawn service since 2010. I just wanted to come and let Angie's list know that I am very happy with BW and all that they continue to do for me and the community. Each year I save about $2000 using their services and I couldn't thank them enough for the non-profit initiative they have. Mr. Solomon has continued to be a huge help to me even outside of just the lawn care service. I would highly recommend them.

I was very skeptical at first after seeing the pricing but after seeing them cut another home on my street I realize I should have signed up many months ago. So far everything has been good. I'm just hoping that they never increase the price since I'm very happy with the $14 per cut! I was paying $35 per cut before.

My family and I just moved to Orlando and BW was recommended by our neighbor. I signed up about 3 days ago and my lawn was cut after just 3 days. BW appears to be a great small company that I plan to use for lawn care and other services in the future.

I signed up for lawn care and was also about to get my house painted for $1100 less than what I was quoted by 2 other companies I found. I see BW offers many other services outside of Lawn care and I hope to use these services in the future as well. So far so good!

Glad they finally made it to our community!! BW services me and 4 of my neighbors. We are all very happy! We also were just selected for the auto-pilot lawn program so we are definitely excited. (big smiles!)

This lawn company keeps damaging my lawn leaving tire tracks on my lawn - scraping my grass and damaging my sprinklers multiple times. I nicely ask them to stay in the boundary of my neighbor's lawn that they serve but they keep doing it intentionally even mowing several feet of my lawn and scraping it. I tried chatting with them and emailing them but they are not responsive.

Horrible!!! Worst company ever! I was lied to, I was charged money for services not rendered. No one ever calls you back! I contacted the company regarding lawn maintenance and cutting my palm trees and pulling the weeds and cleaning up the shrubs. Unfortunately the system they use directs you to what you believe is a live agent, but is not. Then you have to submit questions or comments and a life agent will speak to you, but after waiting a month for a response I had to follow up again, once I did, it became aparentar that this company is not functioning to its best if their ability. They did not cut it clean my palm trees but said they did, yet I have the pictures to prove it. Speaking to a manager is impossible and no one returns calls. The work is sloppy and though it’s inexpensive, it’s better that you probably pay the extra amount to simply get the job done correctly.
