Budget Blinds of Greater Orlando

I emailed Budget Blinds through Angie's list; regarding an issue with my curtain(needs additional reinforcement brackets). Someone emailed me back ask for my address and never heard from them again. I guess if the original purchased was not done through their company; they can't be bother for such a small job. Extremely poor customer service.

Alex who is their installer is fabulous. You should make sure that he does the measuring. Another person did some of the measuring and we ended up having to reorder because it wasn't quite right.

From start to finish I have never experienced a more professional and experienced team! There was a great amount of communication, expertise and knowledge from start to finish. I was most impressed with the customer service in every aspect of the job and the quality of teamwork with the installers to do a perfect job. There was not one piece of debris left anywhere....u would never know there where there. Excellence in install from start to finish. They caulked each seam, hung every blind with the most care, wiped down each piece after hanging and even helped me move furniture back into position. I have lived in my home for 12 years and have done many renovations...there is no one that has ever taken more care of my property and spent the extra time making sure everything was absolutely spectacular. I would recommend this company to everyone who is interested in quality and perfection. Job well done! I hope u all find this helpful bc I know I go based on quality of service with high expectations. Big thumbs up!

We weren't there for the installation. This is a winter home for us. Our son was there for the installation and said everything went well and the windows looked terrific!

I had a set of shutters installed for a sliding glass door that was more window than door. Although they had to come back 2 more times to install them,(frame too tall, had to be cut in shop; frame, also, not wide enough, had to order and install " light blockers"), they did fit it to my satisfaction. I, also, had vertical panels installed on 2 other sliding glass doors. The standard door (2 glass panels) was installed without difficulty. The 2nd one was 3 panels of glass and required 2 tracks for the vertical panels. I wanted the verticals to open to one side. Altogether, there are 10 panels, 5 to a track. As the panels slide across the door, each "hooks" the next. the 1st five came across fine but didn't hook the 6th; I had to manually pull the last 5 across. Each time an installer came, for whatever reason, he would work to fix the problem. The final installer was successful. Writing this all out, the experience sounds dreadful! It wasn't. Everyone was pleasant, professional, and trying their hardest to get the install done correctly. I have used Budget Blinds of Greater Orlando before and will use them again in the future. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Budget Blinds were very patient with my request at time of measuring and placing order. In short time the blinds were installed by a professional installer. I am very pleased with the service.

Wonderful!! Shelly was the representative that came to my home. She showed me a variety of choices and made recommendations. She was extremely easy to work with. I received a quote from her within 24 hours. I made a couple of changes and she came back out to measure for the changes I made and had the new quote to me quickly. In about 2 weeks I had the blinds installed. All went very well. Now I am waiting for the shutters to come in and installation. The new blinds are great. Block the sun better than my previous blinds that had the small holes the strings went through and the 2 1/2 inch slats are beautiful. The price was better than the other quote I received which took a month to get from the other company. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Greater Orlando.

From the salesperson, to the office personnel, to the people who installed the blinds our experience for positive and very professional.

The follow up from home office was fastidious. They demonstrated that they really wanted to make sure all was good and would do and did do everything possible to make sure I was treated well and was pleased with work.

Very happy with our blinds

Went great. From first contact. Call was returned promptly, sales person came to my home discussed what I was looking for. measured the window. Blinds arrived within 4 weeks, were professionally installed and look wonderful. The quality of the blinds is well worth the price I paid. These are textured blinds, high quality materials and well made. Would highly recommend the vendor again.

Budget Blinds of Greater Orlando did an amazing job for me. I could not be more pleased. I am a perfectionist and not easy to please. Susan is not a decorator, but she could be, she gave me great ideas, which were exactly what I needed. The installer picked up a key from me, so I did not have to meet him at the house, he was on time, neat and professional. The installation went perfectly. I usually have to replace the window treatments every time I get a new renter, but the treatments I purchased look as good as new after 2 years, and if they didn't, they came with a 5 year guarantee! I have recommended Budget Blinds of Greater Orlando to a number of my friends who have ordered everything from plantation shutters, to verticals, to fabrics in both home and office and they thanked me over and over for the recommendation. I would use them again for any window treatment I needed. Budget Blinds is a great company and Budget Blinds of Greater Orlando is a great franchise.

They did a great job. The work came out great and they custom fit it everything. I was just happy all the way around with them. I never had a problem with them either like I don't have to call them back or anything. I would use them again and my sister used them too and she too never had a problem.
