The initial meeting with Steve Broome went well. Javier and Angel the men that did all the work were OUTSTANDING!! I was asked to pay the balance due on the last day work was completed and I did. I will never do that again. I had asked if a cabinet could be added to my work order to be mounted above the toilet. they complied. After the workers left and I was able to really take in the new bathroom, I was not happy with cabinet choice (I was not given the details of the cabinet). it was to big and mounted to the sidewall and backwall and right below ceiling and did not look right. It was two big, not centered over the toilet and being mouted to sidewall, I cannot hang a curtain rod. I called and text Steve and did not receive a reply. I emailed no reply. I emailed a second time and received a reply. At that time I decided it was probably best for me to leave the cabinet as is but dissatisfied with this last added service. I have a total kitchen remodel in 2018 planned and I will need to find another provider.

David Broome answered first call quickly, came out and measured and discussed work to be done, said he would have a quote for work in a week. We tried to call Mr. Broome multiple time, he never responded, we never received a quote. If he did not want to do the work, he should have been professional enough to let us know, waiting for a response delayed us getting started on our work.

Great workmanship and price! Would definitely hire again. Steve and crew were excellent!

Called last week and scheduled an appointment for today at 10 (1 August 2017); no one showed up, no one called.

Excellent... Javier and Angel did a fantastic job despite the sever rain storms just about everyday of the project. Took a little longer than Steve had estimated (did think his original estimate was a little off). Javier and Angle kept us updated on every aspect of the work and quickly pointed out issues that arose (always do on remodels). Never felt like the guys were pressured to finish within the original estimated timeline; always felt like quality was more important than speed and quantity. They took great care to clean up any debris/mess everyday; this was important consider the amount of rain we received during the project; although the rain was not a factor as they would have cleaned up and organized every day regardless of the weather. The guys were great with our dog; despite the need for him to inspect every time they came into the house. If you want a small/local company that does great work the I'd definitely recommend Broome Property.

David and Steve were very professional, their team extremely professional and courteous. The job was slated for 10 days, and though it took 13 I never got the impression that the workers felt pressure to rush the job. They made sure it was done right, touching base with us every step of the way, and were very responsive to meeting our desires with realistic options. Should I ever have a need for their services again, they are first on my list.

One man came and did it in half a day. It looks seamless and he did a great job painting it and leaving it better than new!

Excellent results. The folks from Broome Property Enterprises were professional and also pleasant to work with. The initial visit went well with Steve Broome offering several suggestions to improve my original remodeling plans. I agreed to almost all his suggestions. The quote was detailed. The work was performed by two professionals who kept me informed at all times. The final bill was exactly the price of the original quote. Bottom line: When I need another remodeling job, I will call Broome Property Enterprises.

The project went great. The estimate was given in writing. When it was discovered that the shower pan could be salvaged, the estimate was corrected and went down in price. We didn't ask for this, they told us. We were impressed with the honesty and professionalism. They also impressed us not only with the care the showed for their work, but the care they showed for all members of the household. We have several preschool age and younger children as well as small pets, and the Broome crew went out of their way to make us feel safe. For example, behavior and language was always kid friendly, they were careful to keep the door completely shut even when going in and out of the house quite frequently, and vacuumed up any small pieces of debris tracked from the bathroom. Finally, we were also very impressed with how easy they made it to communicate with them and how responsive they were to even the smallest of our concerns. Emails were promptly returned. They made us feel welcome to ask questions on site and invited us to contact them after the job was completed if we had any additional questions. We are very happy with our bathroom and our choice to go with Broome Property Enterprises.

The thing I appreciated most about the company was that they really took the time to understand what I wanted to do in detail. We talked about a lot of options so that I ended up with work that both gave me the look that I wanted and was within my budget. They did the work exactly on the schedule and purchased extra material when needed to match what I had bought myself. Everything went smoothly and my bathroom looks awesome. There was a small issue with the bathtub faucet that they came out and fixed within 24 hours. I would definitely use them again. I only rated tham a "B" on price because I still believe there is someone out there at a lower price - although I couldn't find anyone. They were the lowest of the three bids I received, so maybe my expectations were faulty.

From the very start -- when Steve came out to do the estimate -- I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to listen to what I wanted to accomplish. I could tell that he had a lot of experience doing these types of projects. I found it reassuring that he has worked with some materials providers that he knows does good quality work (granite fabricators and cabinet makers to name two). I got 3 estimates and I chose Broome Property Enterprises mainly because they have their own dedicated crew. I believe this leads to good quality control. And, I was right. They paid attention to the details and they got it right. Some things changed after the original estimate, and it was very easy to make these adaptations. For example, we had a surprise when the tile floor was taken up in the kitchen and the concrete underneath was not level enough to lay the new wood flooring. While this meant that extra time needed to be built into the project to remedy this, the crew was able to flex with this, do the additional work, and get it done right. I love my new kitchen and guest bath. Both projects were expertly done and I would most definitely hire them again for any future work.

Very nice gentlemen Jose, Javier, Juan came and repaired some bathroom tiles. They came on time, excellent, and very friendly. They went above and beyond what I want them to do.

Steve provided a detailed quote a day or two after doing the initial inspection. The quote included a list of fixtures and pictures, estimated labor costs, and other items. We agreed upon a start date, and they showed up promptly. Because this is the only bathroom in the house, they worked hard to get the work done in the shortest timeframe possible. Crew was friendly, and didn't mind my small, escape artist dog who I attempted to barricade on one side of the house to keep her out of their way. Steve called back after completion to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. When I mentioned that the shower temperature dial was backwards, he had them come out and swap them around at no extra charge. I am extremely happy with the work, the bathroom looks fantastic now!

We contacted Broome Property Enterprise to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Steve Broome came to our house to look at our bathroom and discussed the remodel with my wife. About a week later he provided a quote via email. The quote seemed reasonable but we wanted to discuss changes to the estimate. I called Steve and left a message. He returned my call a couple of days later and I discussed some changes we may want to make. He said we could call him to make an appointment to come back and discuss. I called back to make an appointment. He called back but I was in a meeting and could not talk so I told him I would call him back to make the appointment. I called back the same week to make an appointment but never received a response. My wife called a few days after that and left a message with three contact phone numbers. After more than two weeks we still have not received a response. We were initially satisfied with their service, but since they are no longer responding to our calls we plan to find someone else to do the work.

After a free estimate, Broome Property Enterprises quoted me a fair price and said it would take 2 days to complete the work, which I thought was more than reasonable. Even after adding on the task of repainting the room, it only took them one day to do the job. They did great work and were very professional, cleaning up after they were finished. I really appreciated their hustle and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them, and I will be keeping their number handy for any future work that I need to have done.

It went good. Came out on March 5, 2016. Went through everything that we needed done to our home. Steve stated that he would have estimate to us on Wednesday, March 9th. Received nothing. Sent a message asking about estimate on March 11th. Received a response back stating that they have been busy and would get estimate to me by end of day Tuesday, March 15th. It is now April 2nd and still waiting for estimate.

They were great again. I have used Broome Property Enterprises several times and they do a great job. Always on time and very professional. My counters look great and I love my back splash. I will always use them for any home improvement stuff I have. Definitely would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Broome Property Enterprises was a dream to work with. The kind of contractor everyone wants, but seldom finds. They were consistently prompt each day of service, and communicated with me every step of the way on what the plan was going to be and how long it would take. I received a text each morning telling me exactly when they would show up, which was the same time each morning. They showed great professionalism and expertise in their craft. Every member of the team was friendly and courteous and clean. In addition, they were very conscious of my budget and offered me solutions to some problems that would give me the look I was going for within the budget that I had. I am amazed at the results of their work. It was a complete transformation and I couldn't be happier with the results. I love my new Master Bath. Honestly I wish I could renovate the rest of my house if I could afford it. I would certainly hire them again.
