I told Mr Broome how I wanted my project done and he gave me some helpful ideas concerning the building of my fence and he completed the job much to my satisfaction.

We had previously asked Broome Property Enterprises for a renovation quote for a townhome that we were considering for purchase after finding his company on Angie's List. That purchase fell through; however, we were very impressed with David, and his brother Steve. They were very attentive and listened to our needs and wants, made a number of suggestions that we liked and came up with a proposal that met our needs and fit within our budget. The prices quoted in the proposal were significantly better than prices we had received for similar work and material from one of the big box stores. We knew that we wanted to work with David once we found the right property. We finally found a 12 year old, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome that was in the right location and was within our budget. The property had been used as both a short term and, more recently, a long term rental unit. It was in very rough shape. There were cracked floor tiles throughout the first floor; the carpeting had obviously seen many years of hard use, was threadbare and badly stained throughout and some of the tack strip had come loose along the sliding door. The walls and ceilings badly needed fresh paint. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities were original and were an inexpensive builder grade. They were in poor shape. The laminate countertops were delaminating in several areas due to water damage. We met with David and Steve at the property after settlement to discuss what we wanted to do to make the property livable and to increase its value. David came up with a proposal that covered everything we wanted to do and was within our budget. After a few minor tweaks, we signed the proposal and David and his team got started with the demolition a few days later. The demolition was completed within two days and the team began the renovation. David coordinated and supervised each phase of the renovation and things went very smoothly. We selected tile from a local flooring retailer and arranged for it to be picked up by David when he needed it. We selected and purchased our own kitchen and bathroom faucets, bathroom mirrors, light fixtures and appliances as they were needed and David and his team installed everything. He was even able to get the carpet on sale from their supplier and we ended up with a higher quality carpet for the same price that he had originally quoted for a lesser grade. The workmanship during all phases of the project was exceptional and the team was friendly, hard working and very professional. The project took three weeks to complete and we could not be happier with the outcome. The tile, carpeting and paint look terrific. Especially nice is the 18" tile laid on the diagonal throughout the first floor. However, even better was the work done in the kitchen and baths. The new 42" honey maple kitchen cabinets with crown molding and granite countertops took a run down kitchen and made it sparkle. Similarly, the new vanities, countertops, under mount sinks, toilets, light fixtures and mirrors gave the bathrooms a completely fresh look without breaking the bank. We are extremely pleased with the work done by David, Steve and their exceptional team. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

BPE did a great job of our 2 Bathroom Remodeling. They were always on time and very professional with everything they did. On one bathroom they replaced the tiles, sink and the toilet. On the other they replaced both sinks, tile, toilet and removed the rusting shower sliding door so we could put up a curtain so that we had more light. We got a few other quotes and their's was the best. This was our second time using them and we would DEFINITELY recommend to our friends and family and we are already planning our next upgrade and we will be calling them first and last.

We had BPE paint our condo. We were tired of seeing white, white, and more white on every wall. We picked out the color swatches and the Broome's painted all our walls, 2 bedrooms, dining room, and living room. They were professional, showed up on time and stayed late to get the job done and finished ahead of their estimate. With the AC repair, we had several well known AC companies come in and TRY to repair it. They even ordered new parts for us and charged us for the parts and installation each time. We were given Broome Property's name and called them. They came out, built a new drip pan for us and never had a problem with it. It is now going on over a year and it is great not having to worry about it. We will definitely recommend BPE to our neighbors and friends. Thank you David for all that you have done!!!

Mr. Broome is a true professional. He responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes and was able to complete the two jobs by the end of the next day. He even stayed late to ensure the job was done perfectly. We gathered several estimates, and his was by far the most reasonable. He showed up early for each job and displayed a level of professionalism that I rarely come across. Mr. Broome is not the best in any one category; he is the best in all of them.

So this company did my last bathroom and I was super satisfied so without a thought I hired them again! This time for my small half bathroom. I was so glad to see they haven't changed I got the same great service as last time if not better. They were extremely professional, dependable, punctual, knew their stuff, did a extremely fantastic job, and most importantly LISTEN to me. They are definitely my "official" company for any renovation. I will continue to go to them for any future projects, and I have a long list. Super exited! Thanks Broome Enterprises!

They did an amazing job. My house only had a small main bathroom with no much space or storage. They extended the bathroom area by removing a closet and making that space part of the bathroom. They stripped down the entire bathroom to the bare bones; replaced all the polybutylene with up to code PVC. Rewired all the electrical and even added an extra electrical box. I also didn't have a ventilation fan before and they added one which was fantastic, since all the steam from taking a hot shower doesn't collect on the walls and mirror anymore. They re-did everything with mold resistant drywalls and concrete boards around the shower area. Every item in the bathroom was replaced brand new; the tub, the toilet, the counter, the lighting, the floors, and the 40 year old window. The shower area was tiled with a modern look and pattern. I love the shelving in the shower; it added storage space I didn't have before. The cabinet has a super modern look and also provides a lot of storage space I didn't use to have. Overall, compared to my old bathroom it is a compete 360. My bathroom now is super spacious, has a lot of storage space, and looks modern and chic. That said, what impressed me the most was their professionalism and punctuality. I've heard so many times about contractors who never show up on time or take longer than what they originally agreed on but not these guys. They were here on time every time. They also kept me up to date with their work. Walking me and showing me what they were working on and if there were any issues they made sure to explain the options and give solutions. They were very confident in what they were doing and very knowledgeable. I was also surprised in how detailed they were; the job was done with very high quality and I definitely was impressed and happy with the final job. No renovation is cheap but they weren't that expensive either compared to other contractors. For the quality they provided, I feel I came out with a bargain. I will definitely recommend them and without a doubt I will call them for any future re-modeling jobs.

We had all polybutylene pipes and when we switched insurance companies we found out that 98% of insurances don't cover polybutylene. We were scrambling to get the pipes changed. We called and got a few estimated and then we called Broome Property Enterprises. David came out and gave us a much better estimate and was able to start sooner than the other companies. He re-did all of the plumbing in our whole house. This was the second time I used him and they were great. I will definitely use them for all of my honey do's and all of the major stuff. He was very professional and the work he does is great and always has great prices. I definitely recommend this company.

BPE was referred to be from a friend and this was the first time I had used them. (and have used them since).Since I was working and have a family he was great at working around my time schedule. He was very professional and did excellent work. He put up 2 ceiling fans for me and fixed a few holes in the ceiling. The ceiling looks great and my fans are very stable. All of the work he did was great and the price was even better. I was impressed with his company.

Exceptional quality work (tile shower, floor, reconfigured wall, enlarged drain in shower). Very flexible with changes throughout the project. Job was completed in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results. Definitely recommend!!!

Everything went great. The bathroom looked awesome and all work was completed to our satisfaction. The tile work was amazing and the custom vanity always gets compliments and brought the whole bathroom together. We would definitely use Broome Property Enterprises for more work on our home and we would refer to friends and family. :-)
