Description of Work: Had the kitchen florescent lights replaced with LEDs. He was in and out in about 30 minutes and took away all the old fixtures and lights. He did a great job and we are very pleased with our new lights.

Description of Work: I have had to many problems with them to write in a small space.I'll just sum it up. The company is unprofessional,they don't back their products, they use scare tactics to sell services and they gouge when emergency service is needed. I would not even hire them to fix my ice cube tray.

Description of Work: I called because there was a burnt wire smell coming from my AC unit or a light switch in my home. I was advise the they would send someone who had knowledge of AC units and electrical work. The service tech checked the light switch and corrected a problem there but never check my ac unit. And he assured me that the switch was the source of my problem. After I paid for the service I turn on the AC and the burnt smell drifted thru the home again. I call their office and they sent the tech back to my house. He inspected my ac and then told me he was not an AC guy and they would send an AC guy to fix my problem but there would be additional charges which included overtime fees. I was disappointed and felt that I was lied to. If they didn't have someone who could do both, they should have told me initially. I would have continued to shop around.

+ -1 moreI have used them twice to work for me and the both times they have come over they have done a very good job. They told me what I needed to do to prevent the A/c unit to stop working again and were pretty quick to tell me what was wrong with the unit.
Description of Work: I called this company because I had a problem in my A/C unit. The problem was that I had to put in a cup of bleach every month in the system for it to clean itself so it could continue working properly.

I called them back around 5 p.m. and I was told their technician was running late but was on his way. Later, around 8 p.m. I received a message letting me they couldn t make it. They were totally unorganized, unprofessional and unreliable and never apologized.
Description of Work: I called them over to fix a leak in my air conditioning unit for our 2,400 square foot home. The water drainage pipe was clogged and they cleared it out.

Description of Work: Last time the company came in was for a yearly checkup they do on the A/C unit. I don't remember the tonnage. It only takes them about an hour to do this.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE CALLED THEM ON SUNDAY AND THEY HAVE EITHER GIVEN US ADVISE ON HOW TO FIX OUR ISSUE SHORT TERM UNTIL THEY COULD COME OUT ON MONDAY OR THEY HAVE CHOSEN TO COME OUT OVER THE WEEKEND. THEY DO GREAT WORK AT A FAIR PRICE.

THEY PUT FOUR POUNDS OF FREON IN THE MOTOR. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE ON THE ORIGINAL SERVICE CALL AS I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $89.00 FOR AN UNNECESSARY SERVICE CALL.
