A friend recommended Blue Water Pool. We are so thankful they did! They exceeded expectations. Mikey was able to get our pool "blue" again. Our pool had bad algae and we could not get rid of it. He was friendly and helpful in solving our pool problems. He visited our pool six times within two weeks and made it blue. We highly recommend them!

The pump was installed by an employee who couldn't handle the wiring issue discovered. The owner hasn't come out to fix the wiring 4 weeks later, he provides excuses of sick and not enough employees to cover the work while still promising to keep coming out the next day and the next day and never did,and now he will not answer my calls and his voicemail is full. I just want him to come get his pump as I am not paying for it.

Was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Quoted a price on the first visit. I paid up front. When the work was done was told bill was $117 more. Paid the addtl amount. Was then told I would receive a months service for free because of the mixup in price. Left town for a week and came back to a GREEN pool. Contacted company via Angie's list. Never received any type of response. Would never use this company or Angie's list again. Going to go by word of mouth from now on. And before anybody gets on their high horse abt paying up front, I thought I would be a good person and help a small business out. Never again.

Ended up they said it wasn't to code so had to rewire. Then discovered the replacement light had to be custom ordered. So, triple cost triple time but, with luck, it's permanently fixed the right way.

They do an excellent job. We use them regularly.

Roger was the technician. Clear, concise, old school know-how. NO Upsales. After listening to my concerns with the system, Roger was able to offer a concise set of options to resolve the problem today but also set the system up for ease of maintenance for the future. He needed to leave to pickup the replacement filter and was back on the job within 90 mins. He worked so diligently. Moving the chlorinator was not originally on my list of concerns except that it was challenging to remove the lid. He recommended moving it to make it more accessible and replaced the O-ring. Once the filter was fully in place and the pump primed, he moved on to the jets. He could tell the circulation was not optimal and made (fairly simple) adjustments to increase the water circulation which will help the skimmer functionality. One jet in particular was so far out of adjustment that when Roger fixed it, the entire backyard became quiet. I didn't recognize it as my pool area. I've been living that the loud water rushing sound for years. I've finally found a pool repair company that I trust and know that I will get EXACTLY the service I need.

I would recommend Fred's service's and Company to anyone that owns a pool with or without a LP heater. Fred is certified by the State to work on gas heaters. Fred didn't have to take the time he did to try to help, he wasn't getting paid...yet he did it to be helpful. I felt very comfortable with him. The pool heater was fixed by another State certified tech, the only thing wrong with the pilot is that it was it was dirty and needed cleaning. The home passed inspection and was sold. I want to thank Fred for all his help.

They converted my pool to a saltwater system. We didn't want to drain the pool and use an acid wash to clean the pool, so Fred utilized some eco friendly products that removed very stubborn stains. We are very pleased with the result and love our salt water pool. We also decided to use their service for the weekly maintenance of our pool. They are very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and thrifty.

They are a model of how businesses should be ran. Fred is very thorough and honest with everything. If it is his mistake, he doesn't make us pay extra. They are a little slow with getting things done sometimes (such as with installing our pool lights), but they were having some employee issues and understaffed with that area. Weekly pool maintenance has been headache and stress free. Steve comes every week promptly and cleans/tests our pool and does what is needed to keep it in top shop. Would highly recommend this company. They work hard, are honest, and know what they are doing (and properly certified). Prices are very fair. They don't try to cut corners like so many other companies in Orlando, or try to get you to spend more money on unnecessary things.

Not being a pool whiz Kevin always takes the time to explain everything to me and show me what I am doing wrong. He always does a great job! On time, professional, very high quality work. I would definitely use this company again.

All systems brought back to proper operating function. Fred was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

They never followed up on my request and this was very disappointing.I depend on Angie's list and have used her reviews to get the services I need done and have never had a problem.

They are really good and dependable.

I have also used the 'blue water pools service', it was 17 January. They came back out on warranty issues, they had installed the variable speed pump in the pool in last October. I had trouble with it, so they came in and changed it out for me. The warranty didn't cost me anything but originally the pump cost me $ 2000. I think they are very competent and they are good about troubleshooting problems, they can find workarounds until it gets fixed, and it's their personal service and they are not part of the contract. They are a kind of mom and pop operation, and you can tell when they come out to see that they are very friendly and they make sure that you are taken care of. They cost a bit more, but then when you are down with the pool equipment stuff, it is better to pay a little more and get the job done right. They are prompt, they get to you when they say they will, and are very professional. I agree with the disclaimer that you read to me as correct, but no audio on the web.

It all went great and as planned. Fred was very punctual and professional and helpful. Same with Kevin who made the followup visits. All together they made three visits to my pool. Well worth the price. I am recommending their company to my realtor and the buyer of my home.

They do good work. He does quality work and he's caring. He's been in business for a while and he's very smart. He's constantly studying and he has several licenses. He's sharp in the details and he's very patient.

Overall, went satisfactorilly, since the leak was addressed and the light is working. The condition of the pool which he specified as required was not as severe as diagnosed. He promised to supply and replace a bleader valve on the filter which they failed to do. Upon follow-up he promised to send it via mail to me along with information on heating options. This has never been received.

Fred came over to give me an estimate. He impressed me with his thoroughness and his desire to make it right rather than make a quick buck. He properly evaluated my pool system and I felt they had the right approach to fixing my problem. They came out a couple of days later and within a couple of hours had my pool running like new again. I am now using them to service my pool on a weekly basis.

If I ever need any pool equipment repair or service I'll be calling Blue Water! Thank you!

They were prompt, reasonable and professional. They were also knowledgeable.

It went well until recently. The motor died after a little over a years time. I expected that some refund or discount would be applied and all I heard from Alex was "oh well, we don't make the motor's". I would think that this company would either stop using Centurian (I will never order another) or call the manufactorer and voice my concerns. Business must be booming at Blue Water if they choose not to go the distance with a client who has spent in excess of over 1000.00 with them. Disappointed to say the least!!!

Blue Water Pool has performed our weekly chemical service for several years now. They have also replaced the motor in our pump before. We have always been pleased with their service and this time was no different. They did a professional installation and the equipment works great. The workers are always courteous and professional. We will continue to use this company for our pool service.

Although I have used Blue Water several times for various pool-related issues, they did a major pool and deck repair for me last year. There were a number of steps in the process, one of which involved an outside contractor. The whole thing went like clockwork, everything was well-coordinated, and the work was excellent. A job that could have been a nightmare and taken weeks in the wrong hands was done in a very timely manner. Everyone was pleasant and professional and all my calls/concerns were addressed promptly. Considering all that was done and the complete lack of aggravation, the cost was reasonable.

They come out earlier than I expected them which was good. As far as I know the price is great. I had a lot of questions and they educated me on everything that I wanted to know. They are excellent.
