Blue Skye Screening

I would highly advise anyone in the Orlando area or central Florida to stay away from this company. This company is running a scam, will give you the runaround and never complete their project. Bruce the owner has no idea as to what’s going on in his own company and all he does is blame his project managers for jobs not completed or even started. I came to an agreement with Blue Skye Screening (Ryno Corp) screening in January of 2023 to have my screen enclosure built and it’s August 2023 now and nothing has been done. After multiple canceled installed dates, no calls no shows I finally decided to cancel my project with them. Now I know the owner Bruce will try to came here and say that he has no knowledge of this as he has in multiple other reviews but I have proof of all this, emails, text, etc. I wish had taken the time to read multiple reviews prior to agreeing to getting this project done with them as they have tons of complaints but also multiple lawsuits as court records show. If it wasn’t for the fact that I used a finance company to pay for this project I’d be going to court to try to get money back as others have. Ryno Corp DBA Blue Skye Screening is and has been running a scam in Central Florida for a long time STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Horrible company, will not call you back, paid over 10,000 dollars, 1/2 of the job. Never done. Contracted since Jan 2023. Will not answer calls or texts. Wonder if they’re really a company, or a scam!! Angie should not let this company be represented oh her site. Apparently, she does not check out the companies that she let on her site. ALL about the money! Will not ever use any companies that were on her site, because of this company

Horrible! 6 months in and still not complete. They will not return calls. They took most of the money up front and will not complete the work. Total con artists. Do not use!

Terrible. Took over 18 months to complete. Made promises fir certain details but never honored the verbal agreement. Salesman promised things but they were not completed. No communication, many occasions I was told workers were coming. Never showed up, no calls or any communication. Drawings and measurements were off and a lot of material wasted creating do-Re-do’s and delays. The owners wife called one time and wanted final payment before completion of the job. Promised to used stainless steel fastener, didn’t happen. Other issues as well. After final payment in July 2021, roof still has leaks and gutter drips. Owner promised so many times to send someone to correct. Never happen. Now it’s January 2022 and I had to hire a local contractor to finish the job Blue Sky Screening was paid good money to do. Very unprofessional management, most of the workers are not quality oriented, and no communication. I Amstel disappointed and frustrated with this company. Homeowners beware and get everything in writing…!

paid $3k deposit in April 9 never showed up kept canceling no reply from owner getting ready for legal action.

Thank you Bruce for being upfront and helping someone getting my pool screened in. They personally walked me through all the options, It was my first time I needed to enclose a pool on my house. They are hand's on to help you with what I needed. I called 4 other pool screening companies in the south downtown area for quotes. 1 company, when I asked if I needed a permit said I did not need one (on Orange ave,north of the elementary school)but it would cost me 1 thousand dollars to apply. I'm a contractor, Are you kidding me. I will give a review of them soon. Regardless. I could not be happier. They did such a great job, I had them redo my pavers. If you look at my past reviews, I don't like being taken advantage of. They are licensed and insured(important to verify). Family business that cares and Kim in the office knows everything and will walk you through to make sure you will use them again. I know I will.

Never showed unless they wanted money. Couldn't pass inspections before pouring concrete. Roof was never finished. So, it leaks at seams.

At first it went as promised. But the after service is non existing. Tried to contact him more than once a month in the period December till May. Have spoken with Bruce who made his excuse for not answering the calls and promised to call the next day to make a appointment. Again no call. We have three little holes in the screen equal to the holes we discovered on the day of installation.

More lies Bruce, I actually have you on a phone recording from a couple of years ago saying you got my messages about the leaking roof (which we didn't know leaked when you finished the job because it hadn't rained yet) Yes we loved how it looked but had to wait for the rain to see that it leaked. I also have another man on a recording acknowledging my call. So yes I saved both messages so just more lies on your part saying you didn't know about it. You did. Why not stop lying and just come face us, like a true professional would, and fix the roof like you should have the first time we called? As far as you working hard for your money, so do we Bruce, and we saved long and hard to have that work done.

All went well. no issues. Bruce was a very nice guy to work with!

This company is actually called Ryno Corp, doing business as Blue Skye Screening and the owner is Bruce Rynearson. I would not use them again. They were recommended to us by a friend, although the friend has since severed all ties with the company due to the owner's unprofessional behavior. The owner, Bruce, came to visit and seemed professional to begin with. The estimate seemed good so we decided to go ahead with the work. Once we signed the contract and paid a deposit the communication with the owner started to get worse. The actual start date for the project was not communicated to me, and after waiting 2 weeks for the permits to be obtained I got a phone call at 8am one morning telling me the work crew would be at my house in 30 minutes. The job was supposed to take 2 days, but during the work one of the workmen dropped a power drill in my pool that shorted out my house, so they could not complete the job as planned and had to come back again the next day to finish. They did not call me to tell me this, but just left a note on my front door saying that the power had gone out and they would be back tomorrow, mentioning nothing about it actually being their fault! After the screen had been built there were a few minor things that needed finishing so some of the final payment was held back and the owner said they would be done, along with scheduling the final inspections. That was the last I heard from them. He would not answer my calls and would not reply to any messages I left. I tried calling him and leaving messages over 3 weeks and got nowhere. I also found lots of sharp metal shavings, offcuts of razor sharp aluminum in the bottom of my pool, and my pool filter was full of cigarette butts. ( And no, I don't smoke, in case you were wondering). I have since found out that the county inspections were not done either, even though he said they were. Do not hire this company. After a promising start they turned out to be totally unprofessional.
