Catherine Simmons is a realtor who made herself available at all times to help find the home we wanted, in a location that worked well for us, at a price we could afford. From day one, she sent us information about houses for sale so that we could get a feel for the market. She got to know us, understanding our priorities in a home we’d like to buy, and then set out to find homes that would meet our unique family needs. When Catherine was out of town, she made arrangements with a colleague to show us some homes, and then worked long distance, on her family vacation, so that we could submit an offer. When some legal questions arose regarding the home we wanted to purchase, Catherine went above and beyond to help us understand the situation and worked tirelessly with all involved to resolve the issue. Catherine Simmons is a woman of integrity. She’s honest, diligent, and is very attentive to detail. She quickly earned our trust. Volunteers to provide her services and finances to our organization on helping us sort and bag food for children in need through our organization called Conway Cares. she's just so honest and always willing to help, I couldn't say bad about her but she always helps when we needed her.

The best part was when the first deal was cancelled because of some unforeseen circumstances she was positive and keep me with my head up and we found a better deal. Catherine also donates on your behalf to a charity of your choice with each successful closing. So not only is she the hardest working realtor I know but the most giving as well.
