Nate was awesome! We hired him for a home inspection for our first time buying a home and he definitely made us feel confident in the property we chose. He was on time and worked quickly, gave us some warnings for issues that could pop up in the future, and pointed out problems that we actually were able to use to our advantage during our transaction. When we moved in, we called him to answer a few additional questions and he was quick to get back to us and very helpful. I'd recommend his services to anyone!
