+ -1 moreFor a big-box company, I was very pleased with them. Once, they came to work with me; it was very quick. If I had to purchase appliances again, I would put them on my list as one of my first choices. I gave them a B overall because they're a big-box company. They have more customers than service people. You have to find somebody that's going to be able to take care of you. Once he came to help, he gave his undivided attention.If I had to look for tile, I will put them on my list as someone who I wanted to visit to see what they had to offer me.
